Bow Falls ist ein wunderschöner, breiter Wasserfall, der nur 1 km von der Innenstadt von Banff am Bow River entfernt liegt. Wir hatten eine schöne Mittagspause auf der Banff Avenue, mit viel Zeit, Shopping zu genießen und ein paar Souvenirs zu holen. Es war eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, den Charme der Stadt zu erleben.

Pickup was a nightmare. It would help if the tour name was displayed in the front window of the relevant bus. There were a lot of people and a lot of buses and no one knew which bus was which tour. Our tour was supposed to be gondola and hot springs but it wasn’t made clear that we had to book those things separately. We might as well have taken a bus from Banff in the first place. This ‘tour’ was just a bus ride. Guide was very helpful though.
It's a nice experience to go to this place, especially we have a nice and kind person like REM.thank you brother see you next time.

It was a great experience! Our driver, Sanjeet was great too. We couldn't booked the Gondola ride online so he lined up with us to make sure we could get and enjoy the Gondola ride. Overall the tour was worth it and hassle-free.

Good experience overall. The hot springs portion could have been shorter while lunch could have been longer. Too many people getting food in Banff town, lines are long or restaurants didn't have tables available. Ram the guide is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience exploring the Canadian Rockies! The gondola ride offered breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Relaxing in the hot springs afterward was the perfect way to end the day. We also visited three stunning lakes, each with its own unique beauty.
