Arrived at 14, was told there was only place at from 18:00. Was told that we didn’t have to pay yet but that we would have our booking at 18:00. Waited 4 hrs just to get told that it was full and the next available time was 19:00. Workers had terrible additudes, very arrogant and told us that we didn’t pay so we weren’t booked at 18. Very terrible staff and not trying and helping to find solutions. If you like staff that’s arrogant and doesn’t handle things well book here. Literal scammers.
it was good, it was extremely good, we had a lot of fun. we truly enjoyed it. we had time of our lives. the staff was excellent.

this was the best experience in Benidorm for us. The members were more than great! Extremely friendly, polite and helpful. My kids loved them! They let us drive the boat and took more than 50 pictures & video for us! For free 😱😱😱 absolutely gentlemen! Too bad the second day was cloudy and couldn't go for another round! very grateful ❤️❤️❤️
When they kept the boys safe as they were a bit fearful they were going to fall. They after screamed “faster, faster”. Also when Carlos gave me be a tip about number 2 bus, from poente to levante. I could see the all town. And when the team motivated me to walk back by the sea shore, great experience.
We did not on the banana boat we payed the extra and went on the fly fish instead it was amazing well worth the money
