- Das Mindestalter für alkoholische Getränken beträgt 18 Jahre
- Den Startpunkt kann sich abhängig von der Windrichtung ändern und wird vom diensthabenden Piloten am Tag des Flugs bestimmt.
- Jeder Passagier über 125 kg oder jeder Passagier, der Platz im Korb für 2 Passagiere benötigt, muss den zusätzlichen Platz zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung buchen und einen 100% igen Zuschlag auf den Ticketpreis zahlen. Wenn im Voraus keine genauen Informationen angegeben werden, kann dies zur Ablehnung des Fluges am Startort führen, wobei keine Rückerstattung angeboten wird.
- Ballonfahren betrifft normalerweise nicht diejenigen Menschen, die Höhenangst haben. Da sich der Ballon mit dem Wind bewegt, ist der Korb sehr stabil und schwankt oder schaukelt während des Fluges nicht. Es gibt keinen Sinn für Schwindel oder Bewegung.
- Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss jeder bekannte medizinische Zustand, der Ihre Fähigkeit zum Fliegen oder zur Unterstützung der Besatzung beeinträchtigen kann, Balloons over Bagan zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung und dem Piloten am Tag des Fluges mitgeteilt werden, z. B. Epilepsie, kürzlich durchgeführte Operationen usw. Einige Bedingungen können Sie von der Flugberechtigung ausschließen. Schwangere dürfen nicht fliegen. Ballons über Bagan übernehmen keine Haftung für Krankheiten oder Verletzungen aufgrund eines nicht genannten Zustands oder der Nichteinhaltung angemessener Anweisungen des Piloten, der Besatzung oder des Unternehmensvertreters.

Very good experience was a little disappointed about the heights we were flying. Thought I would be able to see the temples and pagodas better. When flying on top of the village I could see and experience it nicely

We celebrated the first sunrise of 2026 with a balloon ride. It was the best experience in Bagan. The team had a very high social and safety sense of responsibility, and I felt empathy and security not only for the flight but also for their entire activity. Pilot Andy was meticulous about the safety of the balloon operations, as well as the fun of the flight. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but it gave me experiences and memories that exceeded my expectations. 150% satisfaction. I want to express my gratitude and respect for my team.

First time balloonists here. We had an awesome experience flying with BoB. Andy and staff were professional, experienced, knowledgeable and safety conscious. We felt at ease through the entire experience and enjoyed a perfect sunrise balloon ride with ample opportunities for breathtaking photos. Tourism has waned in recent years and businesses like this are trying hard to make it work and providing needed employment to the surrounding community. If you find yourself in Myanmar please do consider a trip to Bagan to support this wonderful place and community.

Fantastic Balloon Flight, Booking Could Be Clearer We had an amazing balloon flight with BOB in Bagan — the ground team was warm, professional, and made the experience truly memorable. Our only minor issue was with the Yangon reservation office, specifically Assistant Manager Ma Mon Mon Aung. We were told a discount or commission would apply, but it wasn’t provided, and the policy wasn’t clearly explained beforehand. Despite this small confusion, the flight itself was excellent. Clearer communication during booking would make the experience perfect.
