- Vorbehaltlich der Bestätigung einer Mindestanzahl von Passagieren (ausgenommen exklusive Flüge) und günstiger Wetterbedingungen, die in letzter Minute storniert und aus Sicherheitsgründen verschoben werden können. Alle Flüge werden bis 20 Stunden vorher per E-Mail bestätigt.

Great assistance from the Windpassenger team, being that Guido our balloon driver was 5 stars, providing unique moments during the flight, such as the balloon basket being shaving the corn and rice fields or being at 1000 feet altitude, alternating between altitudes during the flight, always with very good disposition. The flight is exactly as Guido said....it's a Zen flight, very serene.
This was amazing from beginning to end. The folks were willing to work with us and we did the couples flight with Guido. He was amazing and hospitable. The after flight lunch was also a great add on for us. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a bid of adventure with some zen thrown in for good measure. I would do this again in a heartbeat. We booked transfer so that we would arrive on time and didn't have to worry about how we would get an hour's ride out of Lisbon. All of it was amazing.
Great team, excellent organization and always available to help with any questions. It was necessary to change the dates a few times due to weather conditions, but there were never any problems.
I loved the experience. It was a unique 50 minutes, super relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature. I recommend it, super attentive team, thinking about the details… toast with champagne at the end and certificate of participation
Wow that's all I have to say, in addition to a beautiful and wonderful day spent alongside incredible people who were ready to help us, we had a peaceful trip in peace with beautiful landscapes, not to mention that I arrived with a boyfriend and got out of the balloon bride.
