With over 80 different dishes available—ranging from international seafood to traditional Thai specialties—we find it hard to believe that not a single item was to your satisfaction. Our goal is always to provide a high-quality dining experience for all our guests. We checked with the restaurant team and have no record of any concerns being raised during your visit. For future visits, we highly recommend speaking with the floor manager immediately if you are unhappy with a dish or its temperature. They are always on hand to ensure food is served to your liking or to offer an alternative, but they can only assist if they are made aware of the issue at the time. Being rushed, receiving cold food, and encountering unfriendly staff are not the standards we expect. If your food was cold, did you tell the waiter or ask to speak with a manager at the time? Without an on-the-spot report it is extremely difficult for us to investigate and resolve the issue. We have also reviewed our CCTV footage and did not observe staff rushing your table, so we would appreciate if you could explain what made you feel rushed so we can look into it further. Thanks Paul
