Staff is beyond kind and would say the boat matched the description quite well - spacey nice cabin and even it at places rugged, quite clean boat. For an active couple the itinerary is a bit bland to be honest - we believe out of the options available this is a good operator but there is room for improvement in the cruise agenda. Food was plentiful and ok - wish they’d serve bolder authentic flavors instead of playing it so safe. As mentioned, staff is very helpful and kind. There is an unexpected amount of waiting at the beginning and end of the cruise

Everything was splendid, the bay setting of course but also the room with space, decoration and breathtaking views. Andy, the cruise manager was very kind to everyone, he wanted everyone to make the most of it with a very delicate humor. He even took time to refer us with his sidekick Vinnie so that we could find the exact place to catch our bus when this route was not included in the service. I highly recommend this cruise which will remain a great memory of Vietnam This cruise will remain a great memory

Incredible experience. The staff were exceptional - they were attentive, polite, and were happy to engage in conversation if you wanted to talk. Even in the face of a very difficult guest, all the staff went out of their way to accommodate the guest with the utmost respect. The food was incredible - the quality, the quantity, and the presentation. I've never eaten so well or so much. The excursions were perfect for the small group size, and it felt like we were with friends. Being in the quieter part of the bay was perfect - no other boats, just peace and quiet. I highly recommend this trip for everyone wanting a more personal experience. Big shout out to Win, Lily, Morning, and Mr T for their exceptional commitment to their guests.

If I could give this cruise 0 stars, I would. We booked our cruise and received a confirmation email with the ticket attached—everything seemed set. Based on that confirmation, we booked flights to Cat Bi Airport, confident that our plans were secure. Then, out of nowhere, we received an email saying there were no rooms available. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they simply gave us two unacceptable choices: move our cruise to five days later (which completely disrupts our plans) or get a refund—without any regard for the additional costs we incurred. We’ve traveled the world for years, and this is by far the worst service we’ve ever encountered. Their careless and unprofessional handling of this situation has not only ruined part of our vacation but also cost us non-refundable airfare for our entire family. It’s clear they do not care about their customers or the consequences of their actions. Avoid this company unless you want your travel plans thrown into chaos.

We had a great time on the cruise!! Ha Long Bay was stunning and the boat gave us a once in a lifetime view. The activities were so much fun and the food was delicious. 10/10 would definitely recommend !!

The pick up was well organised and a comfortable coach transferred us from our hotel in Hanoi to the boat terminal were we were met at the door and escorted all the way through the process of boarding the tender to ferry us to our cruise. We were given a welcome drink and briefed on the itinerary before checking into our room. The room was exceptionally large and nicely furnished and we had a large balcony with 2 loungers and a table with 2 chairs. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a really nice lunch, followed by an afternoon Kayak ( or you could choose to go in a rowed boat) to a floating village. As you can see from my photo there were very few other boats around us ( maybe 2 /3) After some time to relax we had a cooking demonstration and happy hour cocktails. The menu for dinner was excellent and some of the best food I have had in Vietnam ( and I have spent a lot of time online researching for the best places to eat in each place we have visited). After dark squid fishing was fun and there was a very sociable atmosphere on board. Early Ti chi and breakfast followed by a trip to a cave system . My only disappointment was the very early departure before 11:30 as the second days lunch was squeezed in as brunch .

Halong bay was spectacular this cruise trip was great value for money as well. The boat was not really luxury but clean in traditional style. The staff on board were friendly and the guide was informative. The transportation were perfect by Limousine luxury. Highly recommend!

It is just endless spectacular views when we did this cruising trip on the very nice weather. Halong Bay is one of the most spectacular bay in the world. The hundreds of limestone islands, caves, small beach, and lagoons…were brilliant. The rowing trip around Vung Vieng floating village was interesting!

The trip was very well worth every penny! Food and drinks provided are plentiful and great quality! Room was super comfortable & clean with perfect hot shower & air-conditioning. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and make the effort to get involved with all the activities which everyone feel very well!

The cruise manager was really kind and friendly. Number of people onboard too high and beach was too crowded. Meals were excellent & beautiful!
