An incredible experience, but not thanks to Viator! We had booked our tickets on Viator, thinking we were making our lives easier. No information about the precise location was provided to us. The Uber dropped us off at the beginning of the port, so we had to walk alone to the terminal. Being two young women, we were not reassured. Arriving at terminal 21, we thought we would finally have an exceptional day! However, what a surprise it was to realize that our reservation was not in the company's database. After 30 minutes of searching, I decided to call customer service. It is of no help at all! The lady, who only spoke English, sent us an email with a new number that was STILL NOT THE RIGHT ONE!!! We spent more than an hour with the ladies at the entrance before finally finding our reservation! I find this service shameful; I am disappointed to have paid so much for this experience and to have had such mediocre and unsympathetic customer service! Other than that, the day was incredible; the island is postcard-worthy! I recommend this experience, but not with Viator!

Overall, it was a very beautiful experience. However, you should know that you only pay for the crossing to the Bahamas, then another €60 for the taxi to Pig Beach and another €150 there for the experience with the pigs. So all in all very expensive but still beautiful

The directions to the ferry were a little sketchy. The lady at the port gate seemed to have better directions than what were given from viator. We were informed that we were supposed to get an additional email with our tickets besides what we received. Luckily the people at the ticket counter were able to look up our tickets. After that everything was great. The ferry was awesome and the trip in general was pretty awesome. Next time we’re doing a multiple day stay.

Great excursion. Bimini bays but ended up on Grand Bahama. Definitely take cash, as the taxis cost money for the 30-minute ride to the beach and later for the return. Activities are also available for cash. The ferry ride was quite pleasant.

It was awesome, the water was so Cristall clear and white sand beach, and amenities were great. The overall trip was relaxing and perfect.

Viator and Balearia may need to communicate a little bit because something was missing for the nice lady who checked me in. I’m not sure. I understand what the issue was, but she said there was something I was supposed to be sent, but wasn’t.However, whatever it was, she figured it out and printed a ticket for me. The crossing was smooth both ways and I had a lovely time on radio Beach.

They said be there at 6 which was crazy since we didn’t even leave until 9AM. Time should be adjusted

Ferry To Bimini was good, I would recommend bringing a sweat shirt or blanket, they keep the boat chilly and looking up the directions before your visit- would have helped if the instructions were more clear on how to get to the ports!

Very long and exhausting arrival and departure time, for little time on the island itself (almost 4 hours)
