AVANI Sepang Goldcoast Resort Hotel nach Kuala Lumpur Hotel von Tür zu Tür Transfer

NEVER BOOK WITH AIRBNB. I paid 100 usd more thinking that Airbnb was often cheaper & cleaner. 😱 No water bottles, no soap, dirty bathroom & bedroom floors, no toiletries etc. etc. Book through the Resort Website and it's around 100 usd cheaper, good cleaning services, cleaned rooms, water bottles supplied, saop, toiletries etc. etc. MOREOVER, BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED.

I Travel for a living and stay in international hotels worldwide about 10 days per month. As per international expectations, this was definitely not a 5 star hotel. The family villa which we stayed at, 2 adults and 2 children was very nice. 2 bedrooms with very comfortable beds, spacious water villa. The lunch menu only had two thirds of food available from the menu. Buffet option for dinner was very limited, more 3 star standard. We dinned at the beach restaurant which was a la cart both nights. Setting was good but wait time for food from ordering to arrival both times were 1 hour wait. Breakfast was ok but again definitely not as standard expected. Only 1 pool available at resort which gets very busy. Overall, the accommodation was good but food and service are lacking. I would rate the hotel 3-1/2* to 4*

We spent our Christmas here and joined the buffet dinner. The food is nice and the waiter and waitress are really helpful and friendly. The carol singing done by the workers are great. Abang Zubir, the buggy driver is really helpful. He will stop his buggy and ask whether we need a ride while we are walking from the clubhouse to the lobby. My youngest son like him so much. We used ASNI Travel for our transfers. KL to Avani Sepang, then to Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson & from Port Dickson to the airport hotel for our overnight stay before our flight home.
