Die Gäste werden vor Tourbeginn von den Unterkünften in Distrikt 1 und Distrikt 4 abgeholt. Die Abholung dauert in der Regel etwa 30 Minuten. Dann führt die Tour in die Provinz Ben Tre und Sie werden die wunderschönen Reisfelder auf dem Weg sehen. Vor dem Erreichen des Ziels wird es einen Frühstücks- und/oder Toilettenstopp geben.
Ben Tre, eine charmante kleine Stadt in der Mekong-Delta-Region von Vietnam. Wir machen eine Bootsfahrt entlang des Mekong, um eine Ziegelei zu besuchen. Dies ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, den traditionellen Ziegelherstellungsprozess mitzuerleben, der seit Jahrhunderten unverändert bleibt. Dann fahren wir zu einer Kokosnussfarm, um das lokale Leben zu verstehen und den Kokosnussproduktionsprozess aus nächster Nähe zu sehen. Sie erfahren, wie Kokosprodukte hergestellt werden. Sie werden auch die Herstellung von Schlafmatten mit den Einheimischen erleben. Danach machen wir eine friedliche Ruderbootfahrt durch die engen Kokosnusskanäle, die die Region durchziehen. Die ruhigen Wasserstraßen sind von üppigem Grün umgeben. Dann fahren wir mit dem Fahrrad durch die malerischen Dörfer und malerischen Landschaften. Dies ist eine großartige Möglichkeit, die lokale Kultur zu erleben und mit den freundlichen Einheimischen zu interagieren. Wir essen in einem lokalen Haus zu Mittag und genießen eine köstliche Mahlzeit aus traditionellen vietnamesischen Gerichten, die mit frischen, regionalen Zutaten zubereitet werden.
Wir fahren zurück nach Saigon und sind gegen 18:00 Uhr wieder im Hotel.

The Mekong tour was wonderful and Ken was a great guide who went above and beyond. Especially loved the row boat ride - blissfully serene. Didn't get to bike ride due to downpour rain but enjoyed the tuk tuk ride instead. A great day out.

The tour was well curated and extremely personal to the people of Mekong Delta river. Our tour guide Kero was knowledgeable, helpful and he made the tour very interesting by sharing facts and images. He also took really great photos of us as a couple!! Must recommend as it wasn’t a crowded tour nor was it packed with too many tourists. Extremely authentic experience. And the food was good.
Kero was a great guide! Knowledgeable and kind! We booked this through Expedia and it was not the exact tour as we purchased. We did not see Vinh Trang Pagoda and the DIY cooking class for Bahn Xeo was not included. We enjoyed our time.
My friends and I had an awesome time on this trip with our tour guide Typhoon Honey. We enjoyed a ride on a Tuk Tuk, ate some delicious food and enjoyed a boat ride on the river. Pick up and drop off was also incredibly smooth and easy too.
Excellent trip and worth the long ride! Typhoon Honey was fun and comical throughout! Local- authentic- organic-unique. Just be prepared for a long drive! Learn about coconuts, local honey, bricks, and everything about living on the water. Definitely recommend opting for the bikes! Flat, easy ride that’s mostly shaded!
The excursion has been very good and very complete. It is a good way to get introduced to the Mekong Delta. Kero was our guide and he is very attentive and considerate.

What an amazing experience. It was absolutely worth the money. We visited HCMC during the last week of May 2026 and booked this tour. The highlight of the experience was definitely our tour guide, Kero, who truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. He explained everything we needed to know about the Mekong Delta, as well as Vietnamese people and culture in general. He also provided excellent recommendations on where to eat, shop, and explore around the city. On top of that, he shared helpful tips on the dos and don’ts for tourists and gave valuable advice on how to avoid common scams. As for the tour itself, it felt very authentic and allowed us to experience the daily life of the people in the Mekong Delta. We explored a small village, learned how chocolate and coconut candies are made, and even had a hands-on experience weaving traditional Vietnamese sleeping mats. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by a local family using fresh ingredients from their own garden, and of course cruised along the Mekong River on a small boat. We genuinely had a great time and would definitely book with them again, especially with Kero as our guide. Bonus points: Kero also took professional-quality photos of us, which was a really nice added touch to the experience.
