Unsere Feinschmeckerreise beginnt im Herzen Neapels auf der Piazza Dante, wo wir uns bald in einen klassischen Aperitivo verwandeln werden, wie es die Einheimischen tun. Von dort tauchen wir in die pulsierende Energie der Via dei Tribunali ein, der belebten Verkehrsader des historischen Zentrums von Neapel. Zuerst ein knuspriger kleiner Happen – eine wahre neapolitanische Tradition –, um den Appetit anzuregen. Als nächstes werden wir die reiche Geschichte der Pizza in der Stadt entdecken, in der sie geboren wurde, und ein authentisches Meisterwerk probieren. Eine Auswahl an lokalen Wurstwaren gepaart mit einem Glas Wein gibt uns die perfekte Pause, bevor Sie sich in unserem Secret Dish verwöhnen lassen. Dann ist es Zeit, das Herz der neapolitanischen Hausmannskost mit einem Geschmack der beliebten Sonntagssoße zu erleben, die Familienmahlzeiten in Neapel bestimmt. Kein neapolitanisches Essen ist komplett ohne Kaffee! Du wirst einen authentischen Espresso trinken, auf die neapolitanische Art – keine Sorge, wir zeigen dir, wie du es richtig machst. Und zum Schluss noch eine süße Note, denn ohne ein kleines Dessert ist keine Essensreise durch Neapel komplett!

Reiseverlauf
Auf einem der größten neapolitanischen Plätze treffen wir uns direkt vor Dantes Statue und beginnen unsere Tour zu unserem ersten Platz.
Wir werden die Geschichte dieser alten Tür entdecken und das Decumani-Viertel von Neapel betreten, wo wir auch zu unserer zweiten Station gehen.
Wir genießen unseren Aperitif und erfahren dabei etwas über die Geschichte Neapels und seiner Altstadt.
Wir spazieren durch eine der längsten Straßen Neapels, die vor allem für ihre Pizza berühmt ist: Hier machen wir einen weiteren köstlichen Stopp und tauchen in die lokale Kultur ein.
Ein Platz in Neapel, der sich in fast zentraler Lage im Hauptdecuman befindet.
Wir erfahren, was das Besondere an dieser Straße ist und warum die Einheimischen sie immer noch so lieben.
Eine gotische, römisch-katholische Kirche und ein Kloster, die von den Brüdern des Dominikanerordens gegründet wurden und sich auf dem gleichnamigen Platz im historischen Zentrum von Neapel befinden.
Die gerade und schmale Hauptstraße, die durch das alte, historische Zentrum der Stadt Neapel, Italien, führt. Spaccanapoli ist die Hauptpromenade für Touristen, da sie Zugang zu einer Reihe wichtiger Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt bietet. Hier machen wir noch zwei weitere Stopps!
Dies ist die Haupteinkaufsstraße von Neapel: Kein Spaziergang durch diese Stadt wäre möglich vollständig sein, ohne es zu sehen und natürlich ohne dass unser letzter köstlicher Stopp uns ganz in die Nähe des Ausgangspunkts der Tour führt.

Top notch! You will get plenty of samples and a large variety! The host Anna was so friendly and kind…explored a central area of town and had enough stops (breaks) to relax, ask questions and eat. I would definitely recommend this to all!!!!!

Rebecca did a terrific job taking us around Old Town. I felt like our group were provided with a special tour since she grew up there and personally knows the chefs or owners of each place we went to. Rebecca is full of knowledge about food, local food and why it’s made as it is, and the overall cultural history of Naples. So, I felt like I had a two for one combo: fabulous food with wine (& a spritz) along with cultural history.

WOW!!! One of the best parts of our trip. Noemi was absolutely amazing. She has such a great personality and was incredibly knowledgeable about food and Naples. We were originally scheduled to do a pizza-making class, but it was canceled. The company did a great job reaching out and helping us find a replacement. We’re actually glad we switched to the Secret Food Tour with AnnaRita—it turned out to be a great experience from start to finish. The food was fantastic, with plenty of authentic local bites we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. Everything felt well curated and paced. The only thing we wish there had been more of was seating :) Most stops involved standing at high tables, and with the heat and a fair amount of walking, having a place to sit at each stop would have been really welcome. AnnaRita was a great guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the city and its food culture. She made the whole experience relaxed and fun while still sharing lots of interesting local insight. Overall, a really memorable way to experience Naples and its food scene. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat like a local.

We had a great time with our guide, Rebecca, who is a native of Naples. She obviously knew her way around the area and took us to several great spots. The food and drink were all excellent. She started with a secret Napoli street food treat which I won’t spoil. We had cheese and assorted meats, pizza, and fritters as well as a choice of spritzes and red and white wines. It’s a lot of walking, but worth it. Rebecca was friendly, professional and informative. I highly recommend this tour.

We joined a 3-hour food walking tour through Naples with guide Rebecca, and it completely exceeded expectations. Over the course of the evening, we had about 8 tastings — tapas, fried pasta, pizza, wine, and a wonderful limoncello spritz — all genuinely delicious and clearly chosen with care. Nothing felt touristy or thrown together. Rebecca was warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole group feel at ease from the start.
