EIN UNKONVENTIONELLES GASTRONOMISCHES ERLEBNIS ERWARTET SIE! Ich bin ein lokaler Feinschmecker und freue mich, die einheimischen Aromen Marokkos zu teilen. Meine Führungen in kleiner Gruppe verbinden traditionelle Küche mit Geschichtenerzählen und historischen Einblicken. Fernab vom typischen Tajine- oder Couscous-Dinner ist diese Tour eine kulinarische Reise durch die marokkanische Esskultur : angefangen in einem lokalen Restaurant, über die Erkundung von Spezialitätenläden bis hin zu einem besonderen Moment – Sie in unserem Haus willkommen zu heißen. Dort genießen Sie hausgemachte Gerichte, die von meiner Mutter zubereitet werden, während Sie marokkanische Gastfreundschaft und Traditionen in intimer familiärer Umgebung erleben. Wir probieren 12+ Gerichte – von Hausmannskost bis zu Spezialitäten wie Refissa, Mrouzia, Harira und Briouat – sowie Süßigkeiten und marokkanischen Tee. Unterwegs werde ich die Zutaten, die Geschichte und die kulturelle Bedeutung jedes Gerichts mitteilen. Gruppen sind auf 8 Gäste begrenzt, Vegetarier sind willkommen. Kommen Sie hungrig, verlassen Sie mit Geschichten, Aromen und Erinnerungen :)

A wonderful way to explore the city and learn about the local dishes. I am so glad we did this and would happily do it again.
We just had an amazing Moroccan food experience with Abdel. We can't rate him highly enough for his knowledge, friendliness and hospitality. We tasted many different local dishes but the highlight was visiting Abdel's home and sampling the delights of his Mother's cooking and meeting his lovely family. The food was delicious and all new to us. Abdel shared lots of history and local knowledge. Arrive hungry because the food is plentiful and you will want to taste it all! Thank you Abdel

Abdel created an unforgettable and tasty experience! His tour is very well prepared and researched - he organises taxi pick up and drop off from your hotel, provides food card so you know and remember what you tasted, he shares WiFi during the tour and provides infographic so you know what is happening at each step of the tour. He has a lot of knowledge he is keen to share so don’t be shy to ask! At the end of the tour we visited his house and tasted dishes cooked by his mother. All the food was really great but this last touch of hospitality was something special.

Absolutely wonderful food tour with Abdel. The food was amazing and he was such a great host. We were honoured to be welcomed into his home and his attention to detail was impeccable. There were 5 of us and we learnt a lot, not just about the food but about Moroccan culture. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Firstly, Abdel is perhaps the nicest person I have ever met. He was a wonderful host and we didn't once feel like customers, we felt like a friend was showing us around. This is a bit more than a food tour because Abdel is so knowledgeable; it also felt like a full cultural experience. This wasn't our first food tour, it wasn't even our first food tour in Morocco, but it was the first time we took our kids on one so we prepared for a bit of fussiness. No problems at all! The food was delicious and my kids have been asking non stop when I'm going to make it at home! The highlight was visiting Abdel's lovely family home where we experienced his mum's cooking in a cosy setting. I'm not a lover of fish so I was apprehensive when the meal was his mum's fishball tagine. I'm now converted - his mum is an incredible cook. It was such a privilege to be welcomed into their home and we were genuinely sad when we left, such was the warmth we received. Abdel has clearly spent a lot of time researching and getting this tour perfect, right down to his mint tea which, I really must say, is the best tea I have ever had in Morocco (and I've had a lot)!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our authentic food experience with Abdel Tours. Abdel is an excellent guide and host. The whole tour is really well curated and Abdel clearly has a passion for what he does, which comes across clearly. He mixes details of the food, the ingredients and the preparation with history of Morocco and the people. The whole trip lasted about 5 hours from the time our taxi picked us up from the hotel (organised by Abdel and included in the tour price) until we were dropped back to the hotel. You do truly receive an authentic food experience. Abdel brought us to places we probably wouldn’t have made it to ourselves and he has organised specific dishes for his guests to sample, including his mother’s recipe for sardine balls which we were provided at a fish cafe in the souk. All the foods and sugar cane juice we tasted were delicious and I can guarantee you won’t come away hungry. This is absolutely a 5 star tour and is excellent value for money. If in Agadir, book with Abdel and you won’t be disappointed.
Fabulous food tour with Abdel eating food we would not have experienced otherwise. We particularly loved the fish meatballs and sardines. We tasted macaroons prickly pear and sugar cane juice. All delicious. Abdel was charming courteous and very passionate about the food and the city. He thought of everything and I would highly recommend this tour with a super guide. Great introduction to Moroccan foods. Abdel was a fantastic host, and created such a nice atmosphere to enjoy our food. The dishes were different from anything I have had before. Well explained and delicious. I was so inspired i purchased a tagine to treat my friends at home with one of the dishes. Our group was so glad we took this tour.
This is a fantastic way to visit the souk and see the city. The trip took over 4 hours and this is a real positive. It was not rushed and very relaxed. This amount of time is needed as there is so much food. Abdel is a superb host with great knowledge and passion for Agadir and Morocco. The highlight was of course the food. Abdel has found first class suppliers and we loved everything. We could not recommend highly enough.
