Genießen Sie ein unvergessliches Abenteuer an den Wasserfällen von Damajagua in der Dominikanischen Republik, die tief im tropischen Regenwald liegen. 27 erfrischende Wasserfälle wurden von Mutter Natur geformt. Ideal für Besucher, die die Natur und das Abenteuer lieben.

Abholung in den Hotels in Cabarete, Sosua und Puerto Plata
Nachdem Sie von Ihrem Hotel abgeholt wurden, machen Sie sich auf den Weg zu den 27 Wasserfällen von Damajagua. Die Natur hat einige beeindruckende Pools geschaffen, die mit Stalaktiten und Stalagmiten aus Kalkstein geätzt wurden. Sie lernen die örtlichen Wasserfallführer kennen und erhalten eine Schwimmweste, Wasserschuhe und einen Helm. Wenn Sie auf der Tour fotografieren möchten, bringen Sie bitte nur wasserdichte Kameras mit. Eine mittelschwere 45-minütige Bergaufwanderung durch eine wunderschöne Dschungellandschaft bringt Sie zum 12. Wasserfall. Von dort geht es wieder flussabwärts und Sie springen, rutschen und schwimmen durch eine Reihe spektakulärer Wasserfälle, Canyons und Pools. Die Tour beinhaltet Sprünge von bis zu 8 Metern, es gibt jedoch auch einen anderen Weg nach unten, wenn Sie keine Lust zum Springen haben.
Nachdem wir Ihre trockene Kleidung angezogen haben, genießen wir ein Mittagsbuffet.

This hike was amazing. Everything was made easy from our drivers to our guides. Everyone was so nice, and friendly. Definitely worth it!!! The falls were so beautiful!

Very good all the guide matteo and the photographer behaved very well, attentive to all some kingpins both and everything very enjoyable then in damajagua also the guide Felix was very well attentive very well and the place a well-kept dream well preserved and the water itself a wonder

Was a blast! The hike up is no joke, not recommended if you are really out of shape. And good soles water shoes are a must. Wish it would've lasted longer but was fun! And our van guide/ driver and photographer were amazing!!

The falls are much smaller than pictured. Details of the excursion were poor and a number of people panicked when they were handed lifejackets because they did not want to be in the water. (It was optional, but not communicated) The lunch buffet was great. The demo of coffee and cocoa was a scam. We were told the cocoa was processed without sugar but still tasted sweet. We bought several containers only to find out once we were home that it was not what we sampled. We took this excursion through NCL.

Unfortunately we experienced a totally different tour than announced in the description: before and after the waterfalls we were driven to two places where they wanted to sell tourists stuff (wooden figures, souvenirs, cigars etc.). We extra booked this tour because it said that we are only going to the waterfalls and having dominican lunch at a local fish restaurant in Maimon. The waterfall tour was great (but because of the company who arranges it there) but afterwards we didn‘t go to Maimon to a restaurant as promised. We just had to eat directly at the waterfall company areal where was a Dominican buffet for all tourists. Also no fish part of it. The guides were nice and friendly but that wasn’t the tour that was originally offered!
Hello, I am sorry to hear that the excursión did not meet up with your expectations. Now during the pandemic there are sometimes some differences in the tours, as the restrictions are changing all the time and some places are closed certain days and hours. We hope that things gets back to normal as soon as possible.
Simply the best. They even arranged for us where to stay during our vacation. On the tours that Richard took us we were the only ones on the tour (Due to Covid-19) we never felt like there was any pressure for us to go move at a faster pace. All in all we had a wonderful trip & just want to leave a note of thanks.
