Great overnight visit and view to Enchanted City! Fun and didactic. A great company to know Cuenca.

We hired the guided tour to the Enchanted City and it was, without a doubt, the best choice. We were picked up by the guide (Estefano) next to our hotel and from the beginning he started telling us anecdotes and curiosities of the Cuenca mountain range. We stopped at the Devil's window, super nice and interesting, and when we arrived in the Enchanted City the guided tour began. We want to thank Estefano especially because he spent two hours without stopping talking and entertaining us with a lot of information about the history of that place, the orography, the fauna, the flora... all with a super close and fun language. You could see that he enjoyed that visit and that enjoyment infected the rest of the group; we were hooked for two hours on their stories. The Enchanted City is spectacular but we found it very important to have a good guide to enjoy the experience 100%. Thank you very much to Estefano and the rest of the Mirando pa Cuenca team for this amazing activity!

Our guide went all out to share his knowledge about the place with us. Really appreciated his extra effort to make us feel welcome and understand what we were looking at! Communication with the tour company was also good, they called to confirm the pick up location and time the day before.

We made two visits, one in the Enchanted City and one in Cuenca, both very interesting!! You have a good time and learn many stories.

Great morning with a guide (David) who clearly likes what he does and is very knowledgeable about the environment. With a stop at the Ventano del Diablo, where there are spectacular views from the top. And then the Enchanted City, with countless shapes that form the rocks, I have captured up to 39 shapes in photos! XD.

I booked this tour through Nattivus and 45 minutes before the departure time I received a cancellation email, then 9 minutes later a confirmation one. I tried to email, text and call 'Mirando pa Cuenca', the company that organizes the tours, but nobody responded to numerous calls. We went to our meeting point and waited a good 30 mins just in case it was cancelled by mistake but nobody showed up. We decided to walk into the city and by chance I found their office, when questioned, I was just told the 'manager must have been very busy to attend the calls' and that, in any case, the tour did not exist (so why selling it?), and obviously blaming Nattivus as a 3rd party. At the end we took a taxi to Ciudad Encantada that waited for us at the door and even saved money.

It was great. The guide's explanations were excellent. Very nice. The fantastic Enchanted City. Awesome.
