A complete waste of money & such a disappointing night for my birthday on 25/01/23. We had booked for a birthday meal in the evening including hotel pick-up & return + going up to the 124th level At The Top & when I had booked this up in Dec/22. Paid in total AUD $636.60 for two of us. Let's start from the beginning our airport pick-was half hour late due to the heavy rain in Dubai, slow reaching the Tower, Up to the 124th level & squeezed into the lift like cattle, unable to take decent pics at the top due to glass reflection & heavy rain & wind. When we went through for our meal after exiting from the lift we were informed the restaurant we had originally been booked in had to close due to heavy rain & water leaking into the restaurant, we were given only two options either rebook the booking or eat inside the Juice Bar, we only had a few more days left in Dubai & couldn't squeeze in the time to re-book the meal. Firstly the staff looked miserable none inviting to guests, sloppy table service, a bottle of warm water smacked on the table, bread rolls without any butter. Soup tasted warm like out of a tin. The main meal arrived on this massive round plate with very little food on it & by this stage my tummy is empty looking forward all day to my birthday meal, I asked the staff to take my meal away & please fill up the plate not insult me with a child's meal. We Waited & Waited & Waited & at the end we got up & walked out. A disgusting meal & sloppy service feeling like we were in a back street cafeteria. Arranged my return transfer to our hotel & both very disappointed & starving.
Hello dear, We feel terribly sorry to learn about the poor experience you had. It is one of the top selling and service oriented places in Dubai, and we are shocked to learn about the experience you have shared with us. We have already shared the helpful feedback with the admin there and look forward to corrective measures taken by the admin to avoid any further experience of this sort. On their behalf, we would just add that it was a challenge during that heavy rain for most of the service providers (be it transport or restaurants with infrastructure not helping to cope up with that untoward weather condition) found it difficult to be at their best. While it is not a service provided by our company, we still believe that all the service providers are a part of one big family here in Dubai. Please allow us a chance on your further tours, and we shall ensure to provide the best treatment possible and make up for this poor experience.
I bought a VIP ticket and got special facilities to the top of Burj Khalifa. The special facilities here are to be able to reach the highest floor on the 152nd floor and not have to wait for a long line to the top, as well as get snacks and coffee or tea on the 152nd floor. With the ticket cost of about 1.4 million IDR, actually I don't have a lot of expectations about this tour because I know there won't be much to enjoy, except the view of the city of dubai from the altitude. In general, the tour only works. If you want to get good photos, you can take advantage of the photographer services available at an extra cost

We were very well received with some cold drinks before the starting hr We were there at 7PM The staff was very nice and the food was also great and delecious The view is absolutely outstanding and it rotates quite often so everyone has a view of all the places I highly recommend the tour guide
