Unser Abenteuer an der Westküste beginnt am berühmten Wahrzeichen des Auckland Sky Tower und beginnt mit einer geführten Tour aus dem Stadtzentrum über die berühmte Harbour Bridge zur Nordküste von Auckland. Wir fahren dann nach Westen in Richtung der wohlhabenden Gebiete von Coatesville, Kumeu & Riverhead. Während dieser Reise werden unsere Guides alle Hauptattraktionen aufzeigen und auf dem Weg Geschichten über die Gegend erzählen.
In der Craft Beer Brauerei Hallertau erhalten Sie ein köstliches Mittagessen Ihrer Wahl aus einem speziellen Menü. Nach dem Mittagessen haben wir die Möglichkeit, einige der preisgekrönten Craftert-Biere von Hallertau zu probieren, bevor wir unseren Tag fortsetzen.
Eine kurze Fahrt von der Brauerei entfernt erreichen wir den schwarzen Sandstrand der wilden Westküste von Muriwai. Wenn Sie dieses Gebiet erkunden, werden Sie von der zerklüfteten Küste, dem einzigartigen schwarzen Sand und dem Gefühl roher natürlicher Kraft, die das Gebiet umgibt, begeistert sein.
Wenn Sie vom Strand aus den Hügel hinaufgehen, haben Sie nicht nur eine atemberaubende Aussicht, sondern auch die Möglichkeit, die größte Tölpelkolonie auf dem Festland der Nordinsel zu sehen. Erfahren Sie mehr über seine faszinierenden Militärtunnel und die Geschichte der Küstenverteidigung, während Sie diesen einzigartigen Aussichtspunkt erkunden. Seine Tunnel, Bunker und Geschützpositionen erzählen dem Geschichte der Küstenverteidigung aus dem späten 19. Jahrhundert durch beide Weltkriege. Der kurze Weg zum Gipfel (ca. 10 Minuten) ist Belohnt mit einigen der besten Hafenblicke in Auckland.
Nach einem tollen Nachmittag an Aucklands Westküste und North Shore geht es zurück in die Stadt. Fantastic tour with an amazing guide! I highly recommend this Auckland Wild West Coast tour! Even though it was a very small group, our guide, Trent, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire trip. He was also a very safe and smooth driver, which made the journey super comfortable. The scenery was breathtaking, and Trent made the whole experience even better.

Fantastic tour! Grant ( our guide) was wonderful. Very knowledgeable , funny & charming! The beaches are beautiful, food was delicious & the scenery was breathtaking. Great tour to take to see Auckland outside of the city. We chose to take the ferry back to Auckland for the experience. Highly recommend!

What a great tour! The wild west side of Auckland was amazing to see. The cliffs, gannet birds, and powerful waves were a sight to see. Lunch was very nice and gave us a chance to meet the others on the tour with us. Simon, our guide, however really made the day memorable. He was informative and patient enough to answer all our questions about the tour and Auckland. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour guide was good, but the bus ride was not. I would have given more stars, but the bus ride was so hot it was miserable. The lunch was fantastic. Would have preferred to have skipped the golf course and spent more time viewing the Gannets.

My wife and I went on this tour as the second day of our honeymoon in New Zealand and couldn’t have been happier with the experience! The tour was kicked off with a delicious lunch at Hallertau Brewery. It was a beautiful day and we were thrilled to see that some of the gannets were still at the Muriwai Colony. Matt was a fantastic tour guide, offering many interesting insights, and with a comedic touch at times! We can’t recommend this tour enough.

Great day trip out of Aukland. Small group <15 in a van, good lunch at Hallertau brewpub. Excellent guide and driver Grant made the trip fantastic with info about the area. Beautiful black sand Muriwai beach, nesting Gannetts, stops at Devonport and North Head.
