Wir werden pünktlich in Ihrem Hotel sein, um Sie zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt abzuholen. Nach der Abholung fahren wir nach Cusipata, wo die Fahrt zweieinhalb Stunden dauert, bis wir den Punkt erreichen, an dem wir unser Frühstück genießen werden.
Wenn wir gegen 6:20 Uhr an diesem Ort ankommen, werden wir mit unserem köstlichen Frühstücksbuffet begrüßt. Nachdem wir dieses Morgenvergnügen genossen haben, gibt uns unser Guide die notwendigen Anweisungen, um unser aufregendes Abenteuer in den Geländefahrzeugen zu beginnen, die uns nach Qosqopata bringen, das 4900 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel liegt. Die Fahrt mit dem Fahrzeug dauert in der Regel etwa eine Stunde. Dann setzen wir das Erlebnis zu Fuß für 35 Minuten fort und legen dabei eine Strecke von 1,5 Kilometern zurück, bis wir den beeindruckenden Aussichtspunkt des 7-Farben-Berges erreichen, der sich auf 5038 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel erhebt.
Unsere Guides begleiten Sie während der gesamten Reise mit Geländefahrzeugen aus der Gemeinde Japurá, wo sich unsere Basis befindet. Von hier aus werden Sie Zeuge einzigartiger Landschaften, umgeben von Bergen, Flüssen, schneebedeckten Bergen und der Anwesenheit von Hochandinentieren wie Lamas und Alpakas in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum, die von Einheimischen gehütet werden. Nachdem wir den Ausblick auf den 7-Farben-Berg genossen haben, besteigen wir unsere Geländefahrzeuge und fahren zurück in die Stadt Cusipata, wo ein köstliches Mittagessen auf uns wartet. Nachdem wir diese leckere Mahlzeit beendet haben, machen wir uns auf den Rückweg nach Cusco und kommen gegen 16:30 Uhr an. im Durchschnitt. Damit schließen wir unsere Tour ab und lassen die Teilnehmer in ihren jeweiligen Hotels zurück.

Total SCAM, stay away from them. We booked the tour from them and there was absolutely no communication from them. They didn’t show up to pick us up and there were absolutely no responses from their part.
Good breakfast and lunch. The driver and guide were both very friendly and accommodating. Very short ATV ride. Then given option to spend more money on either a motorbike or horseback ride up the hill, or else the other option to walk. I am not sure the price was worth it for this tour.

I booked this ATV tour to Rainbow Mountain from Cusco because it was advertised as a "time saver" with a "30-minute ATV ride" and the promise to "be the first at the top." Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. The ATV portion was a total letdown. The ride starts before the main parking area where all the regular tour buses go, and it lasts only about 9 minutes—just riding behind the vans on the same road. No scenery, no excitement. It felt like a forced detour just to say you "rode an ATV." Even worse, the whole process added nearly an hour with orientation, waiting, and transport logistics. There was absolutely no time saved—in fact, we arrived later than many of the regular tour groups. To top it off, the guide asked if we wanted to pay extra for a motorcycle ride to get to the top early—which isn’t exclusive to this tour at all. Anyone at the base can pay for that ride. So much for "being the first." I paid extra for an ATV tour that was completely unnecessary and didn’t deliver on any of its promises. Don’t fall for the marketing—it’s a waste of money and time.

The ATV ride is intended to cover part of the route, reducing the overall hiking time. The final stretch to the top is managed by local communities, who offer optional motorcycle rides for an additional cost, independent of our tour. We strive to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding regarding the logistics. It was a sightseeing trip in an all-terrain vehicle with hotel transfers, breakfast and lunch. The buggies will be handled in advance, and after the check run, formation will be determined within the nine-person tour, with the guide in charge at the front and back to ensure safe driving. I asked him to change the date of my visit because I was not feeling well, and he agreed and called the hotel to confirm on the day. It was a memorable tour, blessed with good weather, despite a mix of English and Spanish.
