Bitte finden Sie sich mindestens 30 Minuten vor Ihrer geplanten Abfahrtszeit bei uns ein. Bei Ihrer Ankunft bei Atlantis Submarines Cozumel werden Sie von unseren freundlichen Gastgebern begrüßt, die Ihnen beim Check-in behilflich sind und Sie in unsere exklusive Explorers’ Lounge begleiten. Sie können sich kurz in der Abflughalle entspannen, sich ein kurzes Einführungsvideo ansehen und dann an Bord unseres Passagierbootes gehen, das Sie zum Tauchplatz bringt, wo Ihr Unterwasserabenteuer beginnt.
Steigen Sie in das U-Boot „Atlantis XII“ ein und begeben Sie sich auf ein unvergessliches Unterwasserabenteuer. Tauchen Sie auf eine Tiefe von über 30 Metern (100 Fuß) hinab und erkunden Sie das atemberaubende Chankanaab-Riff, das Teil des Mesoamerikanischen Riffsystems ist – eines der größten lebenden Riffsysteme der Welt. Erleben Sie den Nervenkitzel an Cozumels berühmter Steilwand mit ihrem atemberaubenden 600-Meter-Abgrund und besuchen Sie das größte versunkene Schiff der Region, die „Felipe Xicoténcatl“, die heute als künstliches Riff dient und das Meeresleben in diesem Naturschutzgebiet fördert.
Nach dem Tauchgang kehren Sie mit dem Boot zu unserer Anlage zurück. Bevor Sie sich auf den Weg machen, schauen Sie doch noch einmal in unserer Boutique vorbei, um ein Andenken an Ihren Aufenthalt im Atlantis XII mitzunehmen.

- Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit müssen Teilnehmer dieser Aktivität in der Lage sein, rückwärts sicher eine 12-stufige Leiter hinaufzusteigen (Handläufe vorhanden).
- Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit gilt für Kinder eine Mindestgröße von 90 cm und ein Mindestalter von 4 Jahren.
- Als Kinder gelten Personen im Alter von 4 bis 16 Jahren. Kleinkinder (Babys bis 3 Jahre) sind nicht gestattet
- Alle Teilnehmer müssen eine Eintrittskarte kaufen, und alle Kinder müssen stets in Begleitung eines Erwachsenen sein.
- Schwangere ohne bisherige Komplikationen können diese Aktivität bis zum 6. Schwangerschaftsmonat ausüben.
- Der Zutritt in Badekleidung und/oder barfuß ist nicht gestattet.
- Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
- Es ist nur ein persönlicher Gegenstand wie eine Geldbörse oder eine kleine Handtasche erlaubt, der auf Ihren Schoß passen muss. Die Abmessungen sollten 18 x 14 x 8 Zoll nicht überschreiten
- Zudem ist eine Marine-Park-Gebühr in Höhe von 13 USD pro Person zu entrichten.
- Für zusätzliche Leistungen fallen zusätzliche Kosten an (Fotos oder Souvenirs).
- Die Durchführung der Tour hängt von den Wetterbedingungen ab.
- Atlantis Submarines Cozumel behält sich das Recht vor, den Zutritt zu verweigern, falls die Sicherheitsbedingungen für unsere Passagiere nicht gewährleistet sind.
- Wenn Sie die angegebenen Sicherheitshinweise nicht befolgen und/oder nicht einhalten, dürfen Sie die Aktivität nicht fortsetzen, und in diesem Fall besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.
- Der Check-in muss 40 Minuten vor Beginn der Führung (Ortszeit) erfolgen.

We did this as an excursion day from our cruise and it was great! The views and fish you can see are amazing. Going down 100 ft, they showed us the drop off point of the island where it goes down to depths of 2000 ft. The people were very friendly and were very willing to move our reservations to an earlier dive so that we could get back to the ship on time. (It's about a 10-min taxi ride to Punto Langosto, where our ship was docked.) They take you by a sunken ship so that both sides of the sub can see it. There are no bad seats.

The area is very tight and restrictive. The beating the whole experience was seeing the ship wreckage. The corals weren’t that exciting, they lacked the color and the habitat that a beautiful coral should have.

It is a real submarine, and space is designed with safety and functionality in mind, but we know that can take some getting used to. Regarding the coral, you're right that at depths beyond 100 feet, colors tend to fade due to the lack of natural light. It's a natural phenomenon of the ocean, and while it can feel less vibrant than shallower reefs, it's also part of what makes the deeper dive so unique and nature. We're glad to hear that the shipwreck made the experience worthwhile. It's definitely one of the highlights of the tour and we're happy it stood out for you. Our guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made it very enjoyable. Recommend booking an early appointment to avoid larger crowd. We booked a 10:30 time, but we arrived really early and got to go on the 9:30 slot. So glad we did because it was much more packed.

Sandy was so understanding and kind when we had a little meetup-point mixup, but she made sure we weren’t left behind without delaying the group. Our guide Vero and her assistant Charley (and our pilot Paco) were all amazing, so so knowledgeable and excited to share the beauty of the coral reef with us on the tour. I particularly appreciated how often Charley pointed out things I otherwise might have missed because I was looking some random direction haha! Their joy in their job was absolutely contagious and I had a wonderful time. Fully recommend this!

Our family of six (4 adults and 2 children) had an absolutely incredible experience on the Atlantis Submarine Adventure in Cozumel! From start to finish, everything was first-class. The meeting location was easy to find, check-in was quick and organized, and the comfortable, air-conditioned waiting area made the beginning of our excursion relaxing. The introductory video was informative, engaging, and did an excellent job preparing everyone for the adventure ahead. The crew was outstanding! Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everyone had a memorable experience. If you're worried about feeling claustrophobic, don't be. The submarine was much more spacious than we expected, fully air-conditioned, and very comfortable throughout the dive. The large viewing ports gave everyone an excellent view, and at no point did we feel confined. Descending to more than 110 feet below the surface was simply amazing. The underwater views of the coral reef and marine life were breathtaking. What made the trip even more special was the educational aspect. The narration throughout the dive was informative without being overwhelming, teaching us about the reef ecosystem, marine life, and the importance of conservation. Both the adults and the children found it fascinating, and it added tremendous value to an already incredible experience. The entire excursion exceeded our expectations and was even better than described. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Cozumel and created memories our family will cherish for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend the Atlantis Submarine Adventure to anyone visiting Cozumel. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, or as a family, this is a truly unique experience that is well worth every penny!
