Dieses exklusive und einzigartige Weinerlebnis wird Ihre Sinne und Fantasie in die Welt des Weins eintauchen lassen! In unserem zweistündigen Weinherstellungskurs lernen Sie nicht nur, wie man Wein verkostet, sondern auch, wie Sie Ihre eigene personalisierte Flasche Wein zum Mitnehmen herstellen heim!! Sie können die Rebsorten, die Sie für Ihren Wein verwenden möchten, verkosten und sorgfältig auswählen, mischen, probieren, erneut probieren, Verbesserungen vornehmen und schließlich unter der Anleitung eines qualifizierten Sommeliers Ihren eigenen Wein herstellen. Anschließend füllen Sie Ihren Wein in Flaschen ab, wachsen Ihre Flasche und entwerfen ein individuelles Etikett für Ihre ganz eigene Weinflasche, sodass Sie Ihre eigene Flasche Wein mitnehmen können, wenn Sie unser Atelier verlassen! Der beste Weinherstellungs-Workshop in Athen, der in unserem wunderschönen Weinatelier stattfindet, ist perfekt für ein unterhaltsames, entspanntes Treffen mit Freunden, der Familie oder Kollegen für eine Teambuilding-Aktivität!

Very nice experience. You learn a lot about how wine was originally created. You get a history lesson and a workshop. At the end you’ll make your very own wine. Only thing I didn’t like was that they only have dry wine options

This was so interesting. We tasted 5 wines then made our own blend. Artemis really is passionate about wine and it shows. She was so welcoming and friendly. Her explanations were engaging and it was really a fun activity.

This was far more than a wine tasting – it was an immersive journey through the history, science and artistry of winemaking, led by the wonderful Artemis. We began by learning about the rich history of Greek wine and its remarkable influence on the wine industry around the world. It was fascinating to discover how vines originating in Greece helped shape many of the vineyards and wines we enjoy today. Artemis then guided us through the art of wine tasting, teaching us how professionals assess a wine’s intensity, acidity, tannins, alcohol content and overall character. It completely changed the way we think about wine and gave us a new appreciation for what is happening in every glass. The accompanying cheese pairings were excellent and really brought out the flavours and characteristics of each wine. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the blending workshop. Like a fun chemistry lesson for wine lovers, we experimented with different grape varieties and proportions to create our own unique blend. Once we had perfected our recipe, Artemis expertly blended the wine for us. We then corked our bottle, sealed it with wax, designed our own label and were provided with a gift bag to take home. Leaving with a bottle of wine that we had personally created made the experience feel incredibly special. Artemis was attentive, kind, engaging and genuinely passionate about her craft. Her enthusiasm was infectious and created a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout the session. A fantastic way to spend a few hours in Athens. We arrived expecting a wine tasting and left with a much deeper understanding of wine, a greater appreciation for Greek winemaking, and a unique bottle that will always remind us of a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for wine enthusiasts and complete beginners alike.
