The drivers stick with you even when flights are too late for booked ferry. They advise if you need to change ferry booking.

Very smooth experience. Our driver was at the arrivals gate with a clearly visible sign with our names on it. The vehicle was nice and he provided water bottles as well. Made the transition from the airport to the cruise terminal an easy experience!

Chris was the best driver we could have ever asked for. Our trip was pleasant and exactly what we were hoping for.
Decided to give them a shot since they were 4 stars and had plenty of reviews. Our plane was delayed and I contacted them to confirm they knew about the delay. Since we wouldve missed our connecting flight (and cruise), I had to change our flight to a new one and immediately contacted the transfer company via viator. I notified them a day before the flight was to take place and they didnt respond until the day of. I was worried i wouldnt get an answer as i was getting on my connecting flight. Finally, i get a response when i arrived to the airport. They said this was too soon of an issue to make modifications. They couldnt offer any reconciliation even though they knew the original flight was delayed and I messaged them a day in advance of the changes. We had to find an alternative transfer last minute upon arrival. Luckily we found a group who arrived to the airport the same time as us and we paid for a group transfer. I later found out Ubers were available for a cheaper price.
We are sorry to hear about your experience. We would like to clarify that our team was actively monitoring your original flight and was aware of its schedule. Your change to a different flight was communicated last minute on the day of travel, not the day before as mentioned. As per our policy, modifications must be communicated in advance. Unfortunately, last-minute changes on the travel day cannot be accommodated, and we were therefore unable to adjust the transfer or issue a refund. We understand travel delays can be stressful and regret the inconvenience this caused. Met us at arrivals, even though our flight was 2 hours late. Very friendly, excellent driver, felt safe throughout and got us to Piraeus quickly. A must for rapid easy transfers.
