Mother nature decides whether you will see the Milky Way or not. This company very efficiently let us know that the sky would be cloudy and the tour had to cancel. Of course, they offered the full refund and made it easy with a link to do so or the option to reschedule. I was unable to reschedule due to the length of my holiday, but I decided to donate the cost of the excursion to the Milky Way via this organization! Go to ATACAMA DESERT!

It was very complete; my experience was that due to the cancellation of another agency, I contacted them immediately through Instagram where I made the reservations, and the executive guided me from the first minute, which made me feel very secure and that they were not going to leave me out or forgotten... (As had already happened to me with another agency x) the experience on the night of the stars was very entertaining, they dedicated themselves 100%, the guides were very well prepared with knowledge about the subject.... In addition to being very charismatic and pleasant people.

This tour was fantastic- the guides were very punctual and extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Supper was very nice. Stargazing experience was great and awe inspiring. Must for all who visit Atacama.

Great tour, excellent knowledgeable guide. Pickup included, and bus drive itself is short which is a plus, just several minutes outside San Pedro de Atacama. Night sky here is unreal, breathtaking. I took several photos, but professionally taken photos are included in this tour as well.

I had a wonderful experience with this star observation tour in San Pedro de Atacama. Claudio and Mauricio were incredible, but especially Claudio made the night even more special with the way he explained everything that was happening in the sky. His way of sparking curiosity, sharing details, and guiding us to the telescopes was truly excellent. On the first day, we went out to the field, but the sky was cloudy and unfortunately the tour had to be canceled. To my surprise, they offered us the option to receive a refund or to take the tour another day. Since I still had two nights left in San Pedro, I requested to try again the next day. The second night was also canceled before we could leave due to the clouds. I honestly thought that maybe they would forget about me or that there wouldn't be much to do, but quite the opposite: they registered me again for a third night. And finally, boom! On the third night, the sky was clear and we were able to see the stars in a spectacular way. The attention, organization, and kindness of the team were excellent from start to finish. It is clear that they truly care about ensuring that visitors have a good experience. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the camera they use for photos. I felt that the images could have turned out even better with an iPhone; they did not look as sharp as I expected. I mention this only as a constructive recommendation, because the tour overall was fantastic. I definitely recommend this experience, especially for the dedication of the team and the passion with which they share the sky of Atacama.
