A hotel employee at my hotel and I tried many times to contact the organizers of this activity to determine whether or not I could be picked up at my hotel. After we did not receive a call or a text from them, I decided to try to find and drive to the disembarking point for the trip. While was unsuccessfully trying to do this, I noticed that a tour driver named Juan had left me a voicemail saying that he was waiting to pick me up. When I called him there was no answer. The hotel staff later told me that they had seen a man in a gray shirt who did not identify himself or say my name to anyone. Maybe that was Juan. Who knows? This company was unresponsive and impossible to reach. Because of them I wasted a day of my vacation.
We had a wonderful time on our snorkeling adventure. Jose was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
What a fantastic trip. Our guide Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, fun and made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable. He took the time out to point out marine life, sharing interesting facts, ensured we had an amazing time. We felt safe in the water with Alex. His enthusiasm made the trip to Aruba truly a memorable trip
Would not recommend- only got 20 minutes at bay beach and were told we'd get an hour, ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes for our ride after we were told we had to leave. At times was unsure of safety
These guides are the most professional snorkeling tour operators i have ever been with over many years of snorkeling. They are knowledgable about the areas they take you and really safety conscious. I was with a group of about 10 for the tome we spent on the Mangel Halto reef and then Alex took me solo the the "lazy river" run at Baby beach. Goimg out with them will be a highlight of your time in Aruba
Personalized attention beyond compare!!! The reef was amazing!! Beats any boat with drinks and lunch!!! I highly suggest!!
This should be listed as a heavy endurance adventure. I am a seasoned diver but my family is not. They struggle so badly one ended with a migraine the other ended sick from the motion sickness
Where do I start? We had a family of 5 and two more ladies were added to our snorkeling tour to Mangel Halto & Baby Beach. It's a walk in entrance to snorkel - you have to swim past the surf to get out to the reef and shipwreck. Looking back no one should have gone in the water that day. When we arrived - the surf was strong - I asked the guide - Juan - if it was going to be too rough where we were going. He said that it would be much calmer on the reef. All of us struggled to get past the surf. The waves were intense and as the tide went out - it became harder and harder to swim. Even the fish we were watching were getting swept to and fro by the currents. Juan had one orange life ring. My husband and the two other ladies started to have difficulty. Juan pulled the two ladies to shore. My husband ended up inhaling so much sea water that he needed an ambulance ride to the hospital and breathing treatments. If the surf is high - you really can't snorkel. That's something I suspected - and the guide should have known.
Not gonna lie, twas a little sketched out with the lack of reviews on here and on google , but I booked anyways cause I really wanted to go to baby beach. Glad I booked because it was the best personalized experience ever! Carlos picked us up at the hotel right on time in his car. It was just three of us. The shack where all the snorkeling equipment was, in the back of some neighborhood but everyone was really friendly and welcoming. We swam in Halto and that drop off was amazing! Thousands of beautiful fish and coral. After he took us to the Aruba painted sign and we took pics of all the beautiful murals. Baby Beach was equally as beautiful but I do wish we had spent more time there and swam in the channel but we saw four turtles and Carlos grabbed our GoPro and dived to get better shots for us. Water and cookies provided as a light snack. He took us to the "End of the Island" after and saw some interesting huts, cliffs, the red anchor, prison and a pet cemetery which i thought was so cool. Definitly need to eat before you go or bring a sammich. Overall amazing and would do it again! Please support this small business!
Excellent! Carlos was a great tour guide and showed us all the fish and turtles. He was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
