A time was had, from the Bartender Amy, host Reynarldo to the DJ. Best way to celebrate by bday! If you're looking for a good time, this is the bus to be on.
Everyone on that party bus was friendly and welcoming. The host did a fabulous job hyping everyone up getting the party started. She was phenomenal!
Coco on the whip, got into each destination and back to our resort safe. Nana as the host, Edmar had the tracks spinning and had us on our feet all night and Milli kept the drinks flowing! A time was had! Good vibes and my feet hurt from dancing and lost my voice from singing! Highly recommend!

Be very careful before you book i booked and after 15 min I was notified that they dont pick up from my resort, they then asked me to meet them 40 mins away at another resort and ask if that would work for me i said no then they refused to refund me a viator did no help either they people are not honest nor trust worthy. They give complete scammy intentions to me taking advantage of traveler.

Your reservation was made through a third-party platform (Viator), where it is clearly stated in the pickup location selection that we **do not offer pickup from Secrets Baby Beach**. This resort is located on the opposite side of the island and falls outside our pickup area. Despite this information being provided during the booking process, the reservation was completed. As soon as we received your booking, we contacted you to offer the closest available pickup location. Unfortunately, this alternative was not suitable for you. Regarding your refund request, the cancellation and refund policy is established by the booking platform. Since the reservation did not qualify for a refund under Viator's policy, and you did not arrive at the agreed pickup location or contact us on the day of the tour, the booking was treated as a no-show. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that there was any scam involved. We made every effort to communicate promptly and offer a reasonable alternative based on the pickup limitations that were clearly disclosed before the reservation was confirmed. We encourage all guests booking through third-party platforms to carefully review the pickup locations, tour details, and cancellation policies before completing their reservation to ensure the experience meets their expectations.
This was so much fun, and I would definitely do it again—1,000%! The atmosphere, the drinks, and the overall experience were fantastic. The only suggestion I have would be to improve the drop-off tracking or make the stops a little clearer. After enjoying a few drinks, we accidentally got off at the wrong location (completely our fault!) and ended up walking more than a mile back to our car. Even with that, we had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this experience!

We couldn't get transportation and they left us without ever responding to any of our messages

Whenever a guest indicates they are staying at an Airbnb, we immediately reach out to confirm their location and assign them the closest available pickup point, as we do not offer pickups at private residences. We also advise that transportation to the designated pickup location should be arranged in advance, as taxis are not always readily available at Airbnb locations. Our party bus operates on a fixed schedule with multiple pickup locations, and while we always do our best to accommodate our guests, we are unable to delay the tour for an extended period as it would impact the experience of all the other guests on board.
