Despite the unconfirmed location and lack of communication, our commitment to our clients comes first, so we still dispatched our driver to the airport. Our driver was at the airport exit waiting for you at the scheduled time. While at the terminal, our team urgently tried to contact you multiple times via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, but unfortunately, we never received a reply from your end. We have full digital records and proof of our driver's presence at the airport waiting for your arrival. It is deeply disheartening for our dedicated and professional staff to receive a 1-star review when they went above and beyond—even driving to the airport without a confirmed destination—in a genuine effort to serve you.
