Viel Spaß beim Lernen der lokalen Küche und Kultur! Dieses besondere interaktive Abendessen für Abenteurer ist ein kompletter Abendplan, der mit einer gemeinsamen Aktivität beginnt, bei der wir an unserem Gemeinschaftstisch einen Malbec-Cocktail zubereiten. Sie sitzen an unserem Gemeinschaftstisch, tragen Schürzen und Kochmützen und mischen sich unter die Mitreisenden, während Sie mit der Kunst des Versiegelns traditioneller argentinischer Empanadas unter Verwendung verschiedener „Repulga“-Techniken beginnen – zum Abschluss gibt es einen Wettbewerb! Das Vier-Gänge-Menü beginnt mit hausgemachten lokalen Köstlichkeiten aus ganz Argentinien, natürlich mit dem Bife de Lomo (Filet), serviert mit mehreren Beilagen, und Vorspeisen. Das Verkostungserlebnis umfasst beliebte Gerichte wie Empanadas, Chorizo, Matambre, gegrillten Provoleta-Käse, Steak und mehr, sorgfältig gepaart mit drei verschiedenen Weinen. Zum Abschluss des Abends erklären wir Ihnen die Feinheiten von Yerba Mate, einem traditionellen heißen Teegetränk voller Rituale, Etikette und Geschichte, ergänzt durch hausgemachte Alfajores.

Excellent gastronomic and cultural experience. The dishes were very tasty, and the wines were delicious. The friendliness and warmth of the team further enhance the moment, thanks to Malena, Ailén, and the entire kitchen and cleaning team.

Excellent hosts and excellent food. Made cocktails and empenadas and had fabulous food and wine served up to us. Host was very welcoming and good fun, also so knowledgable. I attended as a solo, but the host ensured that everyone interacted comfortably. This is held in a high quality restaurant and I would highly recommend for a true experience of Argentinian food, wine and hospitality.
This is a fun experience. Everything is done with excellence and all the food has a great presentation. It’s very interesting and it’s well explained in English as well as Spanish. I’m very glad I did it!
Very nice experience. It's worth it
That was the best dining experience I’ve had in Argentina or South America for that matter. A reasonably priced wine paired dinner with cultural explanations and insane flavours. We had the pleasure of Bruno guiding us through this once in a lifetime experience. 10/10 recommend!!
