Die Hängebrücken von Arenal im Mistico-Park

Beschreibung

Marlon was a terrific guide - we learned so much from him about the area, wildlife, and flora. We really enjoyed being such a beautiful place. Pick up and drop off were perfect and communication was easy and clear. I highly recommend going to Místico with a guide (esp Marlon!) if you can.
Had an incredible time on the tour. Our guide was super friendly and helpful throughout the tour and he offered tons of great information. our group was a perfect size. The views of the forest and all the animals we saw were amazing. cannot recommend enough.
Superb tour. Experience the full effects of the rain forest and see the enormity of the forest from the tree tops. Get the guide to take pics thou his spotting scope ! remember to bring wet weather gear , it’s going to be wet ! Thanks Danny for a beautiful morning.
This is a great tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and excellent at picking out different flora and fauna that we would never have seen on our own. The path is quite steep in some places but he set a very good pace that accommodated a variety of physical abilities. The hanging bridges are amazing and well worth seeing. We were picked up in a very clean van with great air conditioning.
Our guide Miguel was amazing. So knowledgeable and very interesting. We saw lots of interesting plants and animals. Service and organization was top notch.
It was a walk through the jungle. It was a group of 16 which was too large. Better to have a smaller group. Saw some wildlife
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the walk through the jungle and that you were able to see some wildlife. We truly appreciate your comment regarding the group size. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will definitely take it into account as we continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Thank you for choosing Seven Tours, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.
Beautiful views on these bridges, and our guide Manuel spotted so many animals for us on the way! He brought his scope and we saw toucans, bats, and even a viper. The bridges are beautiful and the views incredible, highly recommend.
The tour was okay, but the park was super busy around Christmas (the irony of being a tourist in a touristic place, I know) and we were a group of around 24 people so not everyone could hear the tour guide properly. I wouldn’t go again with such a big group. The bridges were cool but on busy days it can be quite difficult to see animals. I think on more quiet days with a smaller group it can be fun!
We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. You’re absolutely right—during the Christmas season the park can be extremely busy, and larger groups can make it more challenging for everyone to hear the guide clearly and to spot wildlife. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed the hanging bridges, and we completely agree that on quieter days and with smaller groups, the experience tends to be much more enjoyable and personal. Your comments help us keep improving and managing expectations, especially during peak travel periods.
Group was far too large (20 people). We couldn’t hear anything guide said unless we were right next to him.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize if your experience did not fully meet your expectations. At this time of year, we are in peak season, and demand for our tours is especially high. Even so, our main goal is always to provide the best possible service and an enjoyable experience for every guest. We regret that the group size made it difficult for you to hear the guide clearly, and we completely understand how important this is for a quality tour experience. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we will certainly take them into account as we continue working to improve our operations, especially during our busiest periods. Thank you again for your understanding, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with an even better experience. Warm regards, Seven Tours Team
We were picked up by our Guide Kevin of Canoa Aventura. Kevin was an amazing guide. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He and his student Wesley were very helpful. The rain forest held many wonders and birds of so may varieties and one snake. The views from the hanging bridges were awe inspiring. We were very satisfied with the experience. Because I use a cane I had some concern about being able to complete the tour, however a helping hand was provided when needed . I cannot express my gratitude enough.
