Don’t waste your money

This place is not worth the money €26 per person but nothing was included you needed to pay €9 per sum bed a float for the lazy river and rapids was €10 per person The wave pool wasn’t very good and half the good places were closed food was very good when served and I would was 0/5 starts

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs, we had bought double tickets with the animal park, and upon arrival at the water park, it was impossible to sit down, to reserve a lounge chair, or even find a chair! No lockers available either, lines worthy of a hell of danger for modest attractions, and while you don't see anyone going down the slides, which questions the organization, water is super salty and dirty... we stayed barely three hours because it was such hell. Avoid at all costs, compared to Rio Safari Elche, this was a big disappointment. In short, plan on skip-the-line tickets, paying an easy 50€ extra for lounge chairs, inner tubes, arrive at opening time and arm yourself with patience... and in the end, it is not worth what you will have paid.

A good park but too many guests!

We visited on 06.08.26. We managed to find reduced tickets for 25 euros per person. We were a group of 2 adults and 4 children. We arrived at 09.45 and the queues were huge. We rented sunbeds for 8 euros each. Many people have previously commented that they feel this is a rip off but I feel if there was no charge then you would have absolutely no chance of getting a lounger and there are free seats available around the park for those that don't want to pay. Food and drinks were not as expensive as other parks we have been to and for an attraction the quality was ok. Again, there is an option to bring your own if you'd rather and plenty of people had cool boxes. There was a nice variety of slides and pools, with varying queues. Our children queued over 3 hours for the Cyclone- which I don't think was worth the wait but there was clear signage stating the wait time so they knew what they were letting themselves in for (at least it was all under shade)! When they eventually got to the front of the queue they were 2kgs light to ride but the lifeguard was very helpful and asked Spanish guests if they could share so that they would be the correct weight! There were other slides with a queue of 20minutes. Unfortunately the thing that lets the place down is the behaviour of some of the guests. We were wary about leaving our loungers as we saw several being taken by other guests, despite having belongings on them and tickets showing they had been paid for. The rubber rings that we had hired were also attempted to be removed by other guests at least 5 times. Overall we had a good day but I would advise arriving early (my children managed to do a few slides in quick succession in the morning but only one ride in the afternoon). We also were able to choose loungers together at 10am but by 10.30 these had all filled and people were sitting on the floor! Also, stay as long as possible, we had transport arranged for a 6pm pick up (naively thinking we'd be finished and bored by then!) but left still wanting to do more.

Good fun but disgusting food & poorly organised

Some great slides. We couldn’t get on everything as some queues were hours long however many of the extreme slides had very short queues which was great & unusual! No tubes for the lazy river so we rented them separately added another €24 to the price which was a bit of a rip off. If you didn’t rent a tube you had to walk through the lazy river (very bizarre!) & spend 2 hours queuing for the tube slides. Prices are far too high so bring your own food & drinks. Sodas are nearly €5 a bottle, tubes & sunbeds €8 each to rent & lockers €11 which is insane! The vegan & vegetarian food is absolutely revolting we couldn’t even eat it! Plus it’s a total rip off! I got completely raw burgers asked them to cook it & they gave me another awful raw burger. Had to throw it away & it was €68 for 4 meal deals! Lots of people skipping queues with no staff stopping them so it’s very annoying at times. There are numerous slides with one queue system so it’s very confusing, you could be waiting a hour to find yourself in the wrong line they should clearly indicate it or have separate entrances. Still some great rides & you’ll have fun. More organisation, lower prices & better food and it would be excellent.

Aqualandia terrible

Fast pass for all of family but left 2 out so 2 person had to queue for hours.Mixed up orders at the bar.1 pint of beer and one small shandy was 11 euro but other person got 2 pint beer and large Fanta 10 euro and not interested to resolve problem.beer was also warm and flat like tea.Paid for 13 tickets entry only received 10.They did resolve it but was very stressful.Lazy river water was very salty and had urine smell.Salty water has turned one of our part blind.Small child also with full nappy leaking into water.Got to pay for every extra from sunbed to lockers to photos.Bus driver refused us onto bus as women had short tops on.Overall very poor experience.Avoid this place won't be going back. This terrible experience has drove us to drink after 10 years on the wagon

Family Tour

After being 45 min in line for the coffee, they tell me that there is no coffee that is written on the machine. There are a lot of people in line without being informed. Shameful. Plus, in a line of 20 people there was only one girl working. Bad for everyone

Beware of hidden charges

We wouldn’t return to this park , I’ve never had pay for a sun lounger before or a ring to go on a lazy river . This really let the park down . People would leave their towels on the chairs at the snack bars so when you wanted to eat you wouldn’t be able to sit at a table . People just left them there all day whilst they went around the park . Que time for a slide was 75 minutes and you had to carry a 4 person float up many stairs whilst waiting too in the heat . In general it was a lovely park but just the things I’ve mentioned let it down . It would be so much better if everything was included in price and no hidden charges .

Horrible!!!

Not a good experience to say the least!!!! Very poor facilities. The park was not clean at all!!! Very smelly and not pleasant to even lounge around as you couldn’t escape the lingering stench. I would not recommend this water park to anyone. We stayed for around 2-3 hours to give the park some time to show us its perks. THERE WERE NONE!!! The water park was crowded with little to no shade when waiting in lines. The staff were very rude and no help at all, a medical emergency occurred while we visited the park and the staff were clueless of what to do. A member of the public had to step in and help the young child while to staff stood and watched. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! The food was diabolical very overpriced ,soggy and cold.
