A very interesting visit to a 4.0 oil mill with technologies that I did not expect to encounter. Esther explained the manufacturing process to us and then we did a tasting of 3 of their oils. We took the opportunity to stock up on good oil at the store.

Excellent. We found it to be very informative and enjoyable. Esther, the person we worked with, was very professional and friendly, addressing all our questions and teaching us the difficult art of tasting. By the way, the oils we tasted were delicious. Totally recommendable.

A really wonderful & educational tour, we learned a lot from Victoria, whose English is excellent by the way. We had booked the tour in Spanish & they checked ahead of time that we were ok using Spanish - I am, but my wife was very happy when Victoria switched to English :) - The presentation using multi media at the end of the tour was phenomenal.
