Don’t waste your money paying for the maybach van. Got pickup by a pimped up vito van. Raised this with the company and said it wouldn’t happen on my return trip but it did! Don’t even bother cleaning them!! Raised this with the company again and nothing, not even a refund for the extra amount a paid.

1. There was no driver present to meet us at the Airport. We needed to call them and ask where our driver was. One showed up 1 hour late and they wanted paymentin cash even though we had paid in advance through viator. The company they had outsourced the transfer was: SERTOR VİP TRANSFER 2. The driver drove aggressively and erratically, cutting off another vehicle in a dangerous overtaking maneuver which caused the car behind to brake hard to avoid hitting us. The car behind sounded his horn during this and our driver responded by brake-checking the car behind in a childish act of retaliation—all while my wife and two young children (aged 5 and 8) were in the vehicle. The other car then overtook our vehicle and dangerously brake-checked us, nearly causing an accident. Our driver responded by tailgating this vehicle dangerously, escalating the situation. I had to shout at him to stop multiple times, at which point he simply dismissed it with “Turkish traffic!” This behaviour was reckless, immature, and entirely unacceptable for a professional driver. My 8-year-old even complained of chest and shoulder pain from the seatbelt as a result of one of the abrupt stops. 3. Our driver also brought us to the wrong hotel. Despite us telling him he was going the wrong way which added another 15 minutes of risk in a vehicle controlled by their driver. 4. Seatbelts didnt work correctly in the back of the car. 5. Not enough room in the back for luggage. Needs to have some of our luggage on the floor in the passenger cabin and everytime the car braked, the suitcaseas in the boot (trunk) section of the van would hit the back of the seats we were sitting in.

avoid this company , fraud , offering fancy big cars . and what you get is very small car and no good A/C .. car is too hot , we almost fainted .. Kemer , Turkey

Fantastically good transfer, met at the airport with a sign, and very nice driver, we got to borrow a car seat for the child who was also with us. Nice car with lights on the roof that could change color which the kids loved. Minibar in the car with reasonable prices and air conditioning. Good price and reliable, picked up on time both there and home and kept track of which terminal our flight left from even on the return journey. Stopped for a toilet break when needed too. Definitely recommend that you book a transfer through this company. 😊
