Abholverfahren am Flughafen Internationale Ankünfte: Der Fahrer wird die Gäste bei den beiden Holzstatuen abholen. Nach der Zoll- und Einreisekontrolle und dem Abholen ihres Gepäcks sollten die Gäste die Zollhalle verlassen, um den Fahrer zu treffen. Die beiden Holzstatuen befinden sich im allgemein zugänglichen Empfangsbereich. Inländische Ankünfte: Der Fahrer wird die Gäste am Gepäckband abholen. Abholverfahren am Kreuzfahrtterminal Der Fahrer wird zu Ihrer geplanten Abholzeit eintreffen und auf dem Bus-/Limousinenparkplatz warten, der nur 5 Minuten vom Kreuzfahrtterminal entfernt ist. Wenn Sie zur Abholung bereit sind, gehen Sie zum „Limousinen-/Shuttle“-Schalter. Informieren Sie den Terminaldisponenten, dass Sie ein Fahrzeug gebucht haben.

The fact that I booked months in advance only to find out that the company hired another company to do the pick up and no one registered with the port authority making pick up 30 minutes late
We were cancelled less than 2 hours before the transfer was needed, from our cruise ship to hotel. We ended up having to wait an extra hour before we could find taxi service.
Hello Sarah, Unfortunately we cancelled your reservation at Vancouver cruise port because we didn´t have availability and also you informed that you had 12 suitcases and 4 carry on, you cannot fit in an SUV with all that luggage. Fantastic experience. Driver was very professional and courteous. There was a marathon going on so he was patient and tried a couple different routes. We were so appreciative of him.
