Drive was a no call no show, I text and called with no response at all. We have to get two Ubers to get everyone to the hotel
Dear Suzette, we asked your drop off address on Aug 12th and 18th by text message and Viator messages. As we receive that information very close to the pick up time, all our vehicles were booked. Please note a full refund has already been processed, and we hope to assist you again

Rene did great from start to finish. He texted me when we landed to start the comm process. He had a big sign out for us to locate him at arrivals, and he gave us Amsterdam trivia as we drive to the hotel. Awesome!
