Angthong National Marine Park mit dem Schnellboot von Koh Samui (Schnorcheln & Kajakfahren)

I’d only recommend this tour to people I really dislike. Some notes below! - Pickup + check in started the day on a really bad note - 35 minutes late to pick us up - “breakfast” is instant coffee, sliced bread and butter.. because we were told to be in our lobby at 7:40am we didn’t eat breakfast prior, so we were stuck with this - bathrooms don’t have toilet paper - we waited awhile at the port and never heard an announcement or saw any sign to pickup snorkel equipment.. which apparent we were supposed to do before getting on the boat.. - The boat - Didn’t end up leaving the port until 9:30am, so again felt like my time was being wasted - The engines are rusted and look like they’re on their last leg.. we breathed in gasoline the entire drive - You’re crammed in like sardines.. some people had to sit on coolers the entire ride - The style of seating + high walls on the boat don’t allow for you to take in the views of your surroundings - The guides - Nice people but they didn’t say much, and when they did spoke we could not hear anything - Spoke English, German and Thai - The activities - Fortunately some nice people on board shared their snorkel equipment with us..The snorkeling was average at best - murky water at the first stop - The kayaking stop was kinda small and just generally underwhelming - Lunch was quite decent! Watermelon, rice, noodles, chicken and a few different vegetable dishes If you couldn’t already tell, I was very unhappy with this tour and thought it was an absolute waste of a day and money. I wish I had chosen a trip with a different style boat and maybe visited pig island instead. Also!!! All the tour options showing the speed boat with blue cushions are operated by the same company. So expect a similar experience on any of those as well!

Fantastic day, an all round fantastic experience. The islands were gorgeous, the staff were amazing and the lunch was lovely. Highly recommend this trip.

Great trip with plenty to do. The climb up to the view point on the last island should not be underestimated- 500m of climbing on some slippery sections of steps in humid conditions - I have never sweated so much. Only criticism is that you cannot see out of any windows on the 1 hour crossing to and from the park.

The excursion goes as advertised But disappointment because you can't snorkel in the nature reserve We can't even swim Certainly we should have known But the ad is a little misleading Nevertheless, the ride is beautiful And in the main island you have to either climb 500 meters for the view or wait an hour and a half not to be able to do much There is a beach but the water is not clear at all It is better to take the excursion to koh tao

Great day. Check-out from Ko Samui, then stop in Ko Phangan to pick up another group. The journey is long but the day is and superb. 1st stop nice snorkelling, then 1st point of view (easy). Lunch on a small beach then kayak. Finally second point of view for the bravest. The view is deserved (72 floors to climb according to the phone), but superb view. English Guide very well, safe excursion, simple but good meal. We recommend.

What a fantastic experience! Operator extremely straightforward despite booking misunderstanding everything worked smoothly and it was made possible. The local operator was top. Great team, good material and good mood. Was an extremely exhausting but wonderful day. High praise and thanks

Absolutely amazing. A must for koh samui experience. Everything was well organized and we spent our best day in thailand

The trip started off well. The first location was for snorkelling and swimming. We were told that the water wouldn’t be very clear due to waves the previous day, but we were okay with this. The second location was where it went downhill for us. We were told we could leave all our things on the boat, and for us this included our sun cream, cover ups and hats, while went kayaking. Next minute the boat leaves, without us being told this would happen, leaving us on the beach/sea with no shade, and no sun cream for over an hour. If we had been told that we could not get our items for over an hour, we would have taken our things with us. As we didn’t have our essentials, all of our party got awful sunburn all over our bodies. This left a sour note for the rest of the trip, with it being very difficult to enjoy due to the pain we were all experiencing. The lunch arranged was lacking. The food was transported over from Koh Samui to the marine park, where it had been sitting in the sun for a while. There was a lack of variety - not many veggie options other than fried rice, and it was covered in flies by the time we went to eat it. On a whole, the trip was enjoyable, the excursions arranged were good, and the scenery was beautiful, but the lack of communication near the start of the trip significantly reduced our enjoyment of the day as a whole.

In a speed boat, it's a shame we can't take photos all the way, we are locked in the boat, we are refused to go outside for the duration of the journey. No atmosphere. Lunch stop in a nice village. Explanations all in English. Nice snokerling, good spot and few people.

Beautiful day with magnificent landscapes. I'm a little frustrated by snorkeling, very short time and too many boats and therefore people in the same place. The team was really nice, water available whenever we wanted. Very fast-paced day so if you want to take your time forget it. But on the other hand we were able to see several islands and it was magical
