On TripAdvisor, I received the confirmation of the visit for two tickets with the time I was supposed to present at the counter to get the tickets at the counter, they refused to give me the tickets with this document, they wanted the separate tickets with a bar code it took me 45 minutes to solve the problem not great how well organization the visit itself was

Lots of amazing views. We went in the evening and skipped the queues. Enjoyed the information about how it was designed and built

Not a cheap experience but the view from the top is breathtaking so well worth the money. If you are able try and book a time slot so that it incudes the sun setting

We got to walk past a very long queue, was served coffee. Then we took the elevator up to the 148th floor, where we served coffee and cake. Lovely coffee table located at the view. Then the elevator took it to the 125th floor. Very nice view there too but more crowded than the top. Thanks for a lovely great trip and magical view!

Booking through this site was disappointing had email confirming tickets the day before arrive after paying taxis to get to our experience the next day to discover there were no tickets They offered refund but while family there for a day out to be let down by this site that had confirmed tickets the evening before which obviously they did not have

The organisation of the crowds going up and down was well done. The staff were courteous and helpful. Well worth the money and exciting to see all the views. Gift shops had plenty of selection. Suitable for all groups.

Despite an appointment long in line (1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.), it would have been better to choose a ticket flexibly on site rather than thinking you had to keep an appointment. The treat was then to be taken down again, which was a cookie and a cappuccino for two. Unfortunately, I had a different idea.

If I could give it a zero, I would. We were told we had to wait 2 hours to go up and wait 2 hours to come down. the cafe treat was on the ground floor. We chose to lose our $100 and didn't go. Absolute rip off

I bought premium ticket to 148th floor, besides the coffee and cookies and a bit less people, the views are same from all floors. The over 1 hour to go down is frustrating and I was not allowed to enter 125th floor first and had to go to 148th then 125th and the time to go down from 125th floor was ridiculous, I am sure it would have been better from 148th.
