Was unsere Amsterdam City Bike Tour auszeichnet, ist die Fortgeschrittener. Das ist kein Follow the flag race durch den Verkehr. Es ist eine gut befahrene, gut geführte Fahrt, die selbstbewussten Radfahrern hilft, Amsterdam wie Einheimische zu erleben. Mit maximal 15 Gästen kann Ihr Fortgeschrittener die Gruppe zusammenhalten, die schönsten Radwege auswählen und unterwegs Platz für Fragen, Fotos und echte Geschichten schaffen. Am Anfang erhalten Sie eine klare Sicherheitseinweisung und fahren dann mit einem Fortgeschrittener durch die Stadt, der Ihnen Einblicke in die Stadtteile, die Geschichte und die alltägliche Fahrradkultur Amsterdams sowie praktische Tipps für den Rest Ihrer Reise gibt.

Erkunden Sie den alten Westhafen von Amsterdam, die malerischen kleinen Inseln, die durch mehrere Zugbrücken verbunden sind.
Sehen und lernen Sie das berühmte Viertel Jordaan mit seinen engen Gassen, Kanälen und alten holländischen Cafés.

Gehen Sie über den wunderschönen Nieuwmarkt mit Amsterdams ältestem Stadttor.
Kommen Sie in das Niederländische Schifffahrtsmuseum und sehen Sie sich das berühmte Amsterdamer Schiff aus dem 18. Jahrhundert an, das neben dem Museum liegt.

Bike was comfy and easy to ride. The guide shared historical facts and took us to various points of interest around the city, offering to photograph those that wanted pics taken. Amsterdam is a lovely place to visit.
Biking in Amsterdam is a must do. Great guide, Marcus, a young native his whole life, gave us the local culture and sites. My only recommendation to the tour is not to mix e-bikes with regular bikes. We had 5 adult e-bikers and then a 5 person family on regular bikes with kids who couldn’t ride and a father who ignored all the road rules. It was a messy procession in a city that prides itself on bicycle path efficiency and etiquette. That said, definitely do this tour but not with mixed bikes

My grandson had trouble using the e-bike we rented so they let us change our booking to a different tour, I can't believe they worked with us so that we didn't lose our money. They were so helpful. I would absolutely recommend Mike's Bikes!
We had a great tour of Amsterdam. It was literally one of the hottest days on record in Amsterdam and our guide did everything he could to find us shady spots to stop in to give us a little local flavor about the neighborhoods. It was a nice path that exposed us to all the right spots. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

The bike tour was absolutely fantastic! Sophia was a great (and funny) guide, she explained very well how to navigate the chaotic traffic in Amsterdam and showed us many interesting sights we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Nice experience with a nice guide who has a lot to say, recommended!
So much easier with a guide that knows the area and road rules. Our tour guide Simon was full of knowledge and fun. Great pace never left anyone behind and always looking over his shoulder to make sure everyone were there. Fantastic experience.
Our guide David B was good. Pace, distance, scenery was all good. We rode 25 miles thru Waterland area thru a few small towns, along farm's and canals. Only negative bike needed a tuneup. Constantly clicking. chain kept jumping. If bike worked well I would give it 5 stars for group tour but I did rent a bike, to go biking and it worked poorly.
We were excited to tour Amsterdam for 2.5 hours on pedal assisted E-Bikes and a bit intimidated at first by the sheer volume of bike traffic, trams, and cars. But our guide Rissa ensured we were prepared and ready to go - safely. We had a blast! This is a great way to experience Amsterdam and become oriented to key sights like the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseum, the Jordaan neighborhood, and so much more. It helped us learn the tram system, which ultimately is the best way to get around. Thanks, Mike and Rissa!
