appreciate the opportunity to have experienced this tour; however, I must express my disappointment regarding the lack of basic necessities-specifically, the inadequate food provisions. Given the cost of the tour and the significant distance I traveled to participate, I expected a much higher standard, particularly in ensuring that guests have access to sufficient and nutritious meals. The breakfast provided was extremely disappointing, with very limited options and a lack of adequate protein. A piece of cold bologna and boiled eggs are simply not acceptable for a tour of this caliber. While the staff did an excellent job with the resources available to them, it is clear that more effort and investment need to be made in providing guests with proper meals. As a result, I formally requested a partial or full refund due to I left a day earlier as I couldn’t understand the lack of the basic provisions. however they never got back to me. Additionally, I strongly urge your company to allocate more resources to improving the quality and variety of food offerings rather than focusing solely on promotional promises that ultimately lead to gues dissatisfaction. Or a tourist trap . I am sure there are other companies they could offer a brewer option. Do your research.
