Amazing experience! I really enjoyed and I did everything the agency told me I were going to do. I spent my birthday there and they prepared me a beautiful cake. Couldn’t have spent a better birthday in the Amazon. Jordana always answered in a kind way.

This is a ecological place with absolutely complex scarcely resources. We are talking about infrastructure in the middle of the forest . So the experience, the people, the treatment was absolutely amazing and unforgettable. They are so careful with my family with make us feel like part of them. They have a total experience with foreigners and absolutely nail in terms of punctuality, plan and care. Again it’s a remote area , and i was positively impacted by such comfort . Totally recommended for families.

This was a great tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and professional. Over all we were very happy with the tour. The only reason we did not give a 5 star review was because in the last day when we returned from the tour they needed to switch guides. The new person that came with us did not speak English and it felt like they just wanted to “get rid” of us to start their next tour. We took an old van with pathetic ac to get back to Manaus and my daughter got heat sickness. I understand that having a perfect trip is hard, but these little issues were avoidable with better administrative planning

What an excellent experience! My friend and I completed the 4D 3N tapiri lodge stay. The transport from our initial accomodation in Manaus out to the lodge was seamless. Our guide Marcos was friendly, professional and knowledgable. For two young women we felt very safe. All the people that work to make the expedition happen were very accomodating. The food provided was great as well! We were able to see such rich wildlife from birds to sloths and caymans. There was a nice stretch of downtime at the hottest part of the day and then out for a different activity on the boat. It was a great adventure, I would recommend this trip with friends or family. I would definitely return!

Everything was amazing. The different activities we were taken on. The food was incredible. I am gluten free, and they made sure to accommodate my diet into the included meals. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore the Amazon. They pick you up from the hotel, and they reached out to me before hand asking if I had any accommodates they needed to know about as well as my for sure pick up destination, and then they take you back to the hotel of your choosing.

Our trip and stay at the Amazon floating lodge was an extraordinary experience. From hotel pick up in Manaus and travel to deep inside the Amazon to the floating lodge, and then back to Manaus was seamlessly organized. The lodge was comfortable, the food was simple and very tasty, the staff were polite and helpful, and to top it all our extremely knowledgeable guide (Cobra) for the canoe trips. Cobra's English speaking skills were very impressive, and we told him that. He accepted that with great humility. If you want an English guide - ask for Cobra. We had a great experience. The only area that needs attention - our toilet flush was not working very well, but we managed after borrowing a bucket.

An excellent experience with an amazing guide, Kenrick Lacruz. He grew up here and so understands the rivers, the jungle, and the wildlife. One of the highlights for me was a night in hammocks in the jungle with fish & ‘jungle’ rice cooked over a fire. Toucans chattered away. A nighttime spearfishing expedition yielded several fish, including a bass, which we had for lunch the next day. Highly recommend this trip and Kenrick!

Amazing tour. Very well organized. We did 4days 3 nights tour at the Tapiri floating lodge with one night stay in the jungle. The itinerary was swapped a little bit between the multiple days, but they made sure they covered everything that was advertised. My tour guide was Toniel and he was pretty good. And the entire staff in the company are pretty good and caring, including the captains that drive the boats, and the cooks that prepared the meals. They all make a good team, helping each other out - just like one big family. I don’t speak Portuguese and thought it would be difficult during the trip; but they coordinate so well for the activities and everything would be so seamless and effortless. I have requested for a different drop off location and it was immediately accepted and honored. Full marks for customer service. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We had an absolutely incredible experience, we were so fortunate with not only the animals we saw but our guide Jamal had so much experience and was able to work really well with our driver João who took us to all the best parts. So many memories, but having the monkeys board our boat was fantastic, Piranha fishing was great fun and sleeping in the jungle with lightning going on in the background awesome.
