I had an excellent day. Shishir is a very experienced, pleasant, confident, and fun tour, guide and company, very attentive and relaxed. It was a great tour all day long that leads through forest always on the mountain riff. As we take the cable car to start, you don’t have to do the long ascent and up to the high mountains. You always see the Himalayas in their full range and from different angles throughout the tour. It’s also very diverse experience with different forests and landscapes on the way. Shishir took great care. He truly has the photographic eye which I like a lot so he’s always finding out some good photographic opportunities and takes very nice shots. Because he’s also a high altitude licensed Guide he is interesting things to tell from his high altitude several days or several weeks tracking tours. It would be my number one tour guide in Nepal and I strongly recommend.

Cable car was closed due to damage. Shishir was great, he kept me informed and provided alternative options. I chose to do the Nargakot sunrise and day hike which was very enjoyable. Shishir is an excellent guide and provided an excellent service. Thankyou.

Shishir is an amazingly friendly and knowledgeable guide with a good pace for this 1 day hiking. This tour gave an amazing 360 view of the Himalayas, Kathmandu, and other villages in btw valleys. This hike was not too easy, not too hard - perfect to work your legs (it’s mostly stairs up and down) - for a 1 day adventurer. I would highly recommend this if you want to get out of the hustle of the city but want the full view.

You need to be able to do lots of uneven stairs, both up and down, and wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and otherwise enjoy the trek! My guide, Shishir, was very kind, patient, encouraging, and a fun companion for the day!

Shishir was my guide and I went solo, but he was my fun companion all day and encouraged me to keep going even though I was not in the necessary shape for this trek. There are a lot of stairs (up and down) involved, so just make sure to be in shape for 9+ miles of trekking & stairs.

Got a great experience with Shishar today! A very nice hike with spectacular views on the snowy peaks and Kathmandu valley. Very balanced walking, no too long ups or downs, they always switch so your legs won’t ask you to stop) During the trip we were able to see monkeys and martis. Cable car was a separate joy, very nice ride with good views and no queues 😉 Shishir was very kind and made a great partner for the hike. Recommend to all 👍🏻

The hike is not too easy, but no problem if you are fit. The views from the top of the hills are amazing and I could even see some peaks of the Himalayas. The guide was very friendly and we had a good time with interesting conversations. Definitly recommend, if you are looking for a one day trip in Kathmandu valley.

If you need a break from the hustle bustle of Kathmandu this is a great option! The hike is challenging as there is a lot of up- but the many, many stairs make it easier! I missed some of the views as it was cloudy, rainy and windy but that didn’t matter as my guide Shishir was a great and provided lots of information along the way. Be prepared for a great long walk and enjoy the tranquil forest outside Kathmandu!

Really enjoyed the day. It's a cable car trip up into the hills with some lovely views over Kathmandu and the Himalayas. The hike takes most of the day, quite a lot of it is downhill, but there are some tough uphill bits. Anyone with an average fitness level should be fine. Guide is a lovely chap Recommended
