We had the most incredible private tour in Jerusalem with our guide, Avi. From the very beginning, Avi captivated us with his energy, passion, and deep knowledge of the city. He brought every stone, street, and story to life in a way that was both engaging and unforgettable. Avi’s understanding of Jerusalem’s rich history and its different quarters was absolutely impressive. Whether we were walking through the Jewish Quarter, the Muslim Quarter, or exploring the Christian sites, he explained everything with such clarity and enthusiasm. His insights into the Church of the Holy Sepulchre were particularly fascinating — he gave context and details we never would have learned on our own. On top of all that, Avi’s English was flawless — clear, articulate, and incredibly easy to follow, which made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone in our group. If you’re looking for a guide who’s knowledgeable, passionate, and truly brings Jerusalem to life, Avi is the one. Highly, highly recommended!
I sometimes find it difficult to leave a good review. Because when you find a gem, you want to keep it a secret, you do not want other people to know about it! Well, such is the case with Hallelujah tours. We spent a day with Avi, what a great guide he was! Great personality, great attitude, heaps of knowledge, deep understanding of the History and the Culture(s) of the area. He was great with us, he was great with a lot of friends and acquaintances that we met along the way, he was great with strangers that occasionally crossed our path and maybe had a question or two. I am already looking forward to visit Israel again, and I will definitely, without doubt, try to do many more tours with Avi. Thank you Avi for your patience, and for the memories!
Avi is by far the best and most intelligent guy I have ever met as private guide. He has a very deep knowledge of ancient history and being with him visiting Jerusalem was simply great. He is also very generous and kind so I strongly recommend him as the perfect guide in Israel.
Thank you for your review Hallelujah Tours
My mom and I visited Jerusalem. Our tour guy Avi Hayo was a wonderful person. Avi was such a blessing and very educated. We are thankful and we will come back to Yerushalaim. Shalom!!! And Toda raba Avi.
Tour guide, Avi, was very knowledgeable and eager to share that knowledge with us. His enthusiasm really added to our Old Jerusalem experience. I would love to do his other tours.
We had the most AMAZING day with Avi and Hallelujah Tours. We saw the heart of the Old City, met and ate with locals and saw it all! Avi is so knowledgeable, friendly and fun! He is well respected in the industry and puts the same energy and passion into every tour!
We actually did 3 private day tours in Israel with Avi and can't say enough great things about our experiences. The first day was Haifa, Rosh Hanikra and Acre and we learned so much about that beautiful area. Then it was on to Masada, Ein Gedi, and the Dead Sea for another full day of sightseeing. Lastly a moving and historic visit to Old Jerusalem. Avi is so enthusiastic and has such a love of his country that is just wonderful. We learned so much and had so much fun on our days with him. We can't wait to go back and visit the beautiful country of Israel with him again.
We had a great and memorable time in Jerusalem! Our tour guide Avi has indepth knowledge of Israel and is hugely passionate about his country. Not only did we learn a lot on a professional level but also in a very entertaining way. Thank you very much, Avi! You are simply the best.
Our tour guide, Avi, was the best. He was super knowledgeable, and friendly. I typically do not like guided tours but throughout the entire day, Avi kept us engaged with interesting stories and tangible passion. We learned so much, and got to see some "off the beaten path" streets of Jerusalem.. Highly recommend!
Great private tour with Avi our guide to Jerusalem. An exciting, educational experience with many highlights.
