Xavi turned a simple walk through the Gothic Quarter into a full-on cultural immersion. Every plate came with a history lesson I actually wanted to hear. The croquetas alone were worth the flight to Barcelona.
Tapas night in the old town was a highlight! Not rushed at all, and the guide kept things fun without overdoing it.
