All Inclusive Schnorchel- und Rutschenboottour : Icacos oder Vieques

While the crew members were great, the tour itself was NOT WORTH IT. We were a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children ages 6 & 7) children pay full price which is insane, since they are not consuming any alcohol. I went against my better judgment after reading reviews that said it was not worth it and regret it so much. 1st of the tour is “5 hrs” you will some at least 3 hrs doing check-in, traveling to and from the island, and listening to instructions. During these 3 hrs, no alcohol will be served (they give you 1 soda/water). Once you get to the island you can do the guided snorkel tour which was not nice at all. While I understand it is not in their hands if any sea animals will be around, the actual coral/ area is not nice. I have been on many snorkeling boat trips and this was extremely disappointing, all you can see is grass and a few spots of coral. If you chose to stay back on the beach and not snorkel, you could I’ll not be able to have any alcoholic beverages. They will open up the bar/ food once everyone returns from snorkeling. At that point you will have about 1.5 hrs to drink, eat, go down the slide and swim. Trust me with a group of at least 50-60 people this is not a lot of time. After 1.5 hrs you will be asked to get back in the boat and travel back to main island. Again during this time no drinks will be served. You can’t even stand up from your seat. While I understand this is not a booze cruise (nor did I want that) paying $540 for 1.5 hrs of actual drinks, beach time is ABSOLUTELY not worth it. I have been on many of these type of tours in different countries and in Puerto Rico and for the same price you get more hours at the beach and enjoying the boat. This tour was definitely rushed and not enjoyable at all !

It was an okay experience. I didn’t have as much fun as I expected. A lot of people will tell you it’s great for a solo trip but I didn’t get that impression. When I went the boat consisted of a large group of a family and about 2 friend groups so my group wasn’t as open. The food was okay. The drinks were okay and I wish it felt like more of an experience since I paid $150 but it didn’t if you’re a solo traveler I suggest doing a trip on the boat without the slide. They looked like they had a blast and it was more people in my age group (21-25) on that one. They even swam over to use our slide so if you’re a solo traveler I’d say try a different one.

We loved this excursion! It did feel a bit short but that also is because we were having so much fun. Our guides were awesome as well and made sure our boat had the energy needed. Even though it rained, we still had a great time. We were on the Medusa boat with Andrea, Fabi and Tuti. Would definitely go again. Only thing was transportation cancelled on us less than 24 hours and although we are getting a refund, it did suck that we had to scramble to find our own way there and back. Especially them offering transportation for and additional $150 was a bit crazy on top of the $150 we paid for transportation already but again, they are refunding that so okay.

Great experience. Easy access to the marina and sign in. Boat ride to Vieques was smooth sailing with great salsa music!! We had a beautiful day to spend on the island and the snorkeling was very good. The crew was excellent and served up some great food! 5⭐️

My family went on this wonderful splendid joyous adventure and never will I forget it. I am 62 y/o and the family is 35,34,14,14,&12. And never once were my family bored, hanging on the phone ( unless for pictures). Very informative on how to use the equipment, making sure everyone understood the safety protocols and making sure each of us were comfortable. When we got to our diving spot again with safety each of us received a floaty belt. Again no way to get out of it. They gave the boat riders two different areas to dive turtle side or no turtle side. They should have said no turtle side or manta ray, nurse shark and 8 turtle side. I am out of shape and I was able to keep up ( after going off

This was such a nice tour and what made it amazing was the crew they were so helpful and nice and kind 🥲☺️ you can tell they love what they do and have enthusiasm and good spirits and attention to everything ! If I had a business I would hire them ahahaha the food was yummy too 🩵🤍 Thank you 🩵🩵🩵

I’ve started all around the world, and this is the first time I have seen so much wildlife it was majestic! The guides were amazing, the food and drinks were great! I saw one of the best snorkeling experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

I’ve never snorkeled before and it was so seeing the turtles. The island of Vieques is absolutely beautiful.

Fun time! Came with a group of friends. Arrived late @8am and they accommodated us! Food was salads with fresh bread and peanut butter with jelly. Fresh pb&j was my fav!! Drinks are strong! Staff is good. Boat ride has beautiful views of the island. I saw 3 turtles and a sting ray during the snorkel.
