Khaled was very punctual and arrived at the agreed time. He was very friendly and so fun! He looked after us so well in a very attentive way. High attention to detail. Khaked is very knowledgeable and brings good vibes to the tour which improves the experience so much! Also he knows the best spot to take amazing photos! Lots of love to the guys and thank you so much for making this experience unforgettable!

The driver and the guide Hassan was really good. Always helpful. Hassan has good knowledge about history and he is passionate. They stayed late until we finished the museum. Really appreciate it. It was great experience. The lunch was great too. Clean and nice place with great good. The vehicle was brand new very clean vehicle. It was a mitsubishi suv, very comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

It was an interesting experience. Woke up to fog in Alexandria!! Delayed the 3 hours commute to Giza, but we made it safely. On the drive our guide slept mostly and didn’t comment on the landscape until asked about it. Once we arrived at the Giza pyramids we were hurriedly moved along. We were discouraged from buying souvenirs and told he had a better place which turned out not to be! He did a good job at the Cairo museum explaining the history of the artifacts. Lunch was included and was adequate Egyptian food. Understood that we lost some time because of the fog. I probably would not recommend him.

A wonderful loong day out . It is a very long day 13 hours , at least 6 of which are spent travelling. Rest stops are provided. We booked this trip as an excursion from the cruise ship. Meetup was easy after crossing the bridge and exiting the port and this is explained via what’s app the day before. Ahmed our guide was fabulous and our driver the same. We could have been involved in lengthy delays due to road closures (3hours) but avoided these due to expert local knowledge. The pyramids of Giza and the sphinx were beyond our expectations and we had plenty of time to explore all that we wished to see. Truly Amazing experience. Our Egyptologist guide Ahmed, explained everything in as much detail as we needed and was happy to answer any questions. We did go for a camel ride(extra) but so worth it for the photos. We also went inside the pyramid( also extra) Choose this carefully, it is hot ,cramped, claustrophobic and unforgettable for the wrong reasons. Do not do this without googling it first. It is not like a small cave Just a caution. We found it very very unpleasant. Lunch was tasty and plentiful (not a buffet) We did not see the new great Egyptian museum as stated as it was due to open soon and was closed , but the National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation was exceptional with at least 20 mummies and many artefacts from all of Egypt’s history. Exactly what we wanted to see.

We were lucky to have Khaled as our tour guide. He gave clear instructions ahead of time—even including a photo of the meeting point—which made everything easy from the start. Once everyone was gathered, we began our 2.5-hour drive to Cairo. The trip didn’t feel long at all because Khaled kept us engaged with fascinating stories and historical facts along the way. Seeing the Pyramids of Giza was truly unforgettable. There’s a shuttle bus that takes you around the site, allowing you to hop on and off to explore different areas. We stopped at two spots, but unfortunately didn’t have time to get closer to the pyramids themselves. One of the highlights was visiting the new Egyptian Museum before its official grand opening—it was enormous and incredibly impressive. You’d easily need a full day to see everything! Lunch was excellent as well. It seems most tour groups visit the same restaurant, but we appreciated that Khaled asked whether we preferred the buffet or a sit-down meal. We chose the sit-down option, and it was definitely the better choice. Overall, it was a fantastic experience filled with history, culture, and great company. Highly recommended!

Two friends and I booked this day trip to Cairo to visit the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx and Egyptian Museum. Unfortunately our tour guide said we would see these places in reverse starting with the museum. He also said we would spend 90 minutes at the museum and then go see the Pyramids and Sphinx. We ended up spending 3 hours at the museum. After the short drive to the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx Complex he said we would first stop at the Sphinx but we would have to hurry. No explanation was given. We spent a very rushed 5 minutes barely seeing the Sphinx and then were loaded onto the shuttle bus to see the Pyramids. As soon as we got on the bus we were informed that the Pyramids was now closed to visitors. Unbeknownst to us the Pyramids closes at 5pm. So this tour was a complete disaster. NO PYRAMIDS! Which this was the main reason we booked this excursion. This was the worst time management possible of our tour operator. He knew what time the pyramids closed but never thought to clue us in. This entire fiasco is absolutely unacceptable and false representation of the tour. We will be asking for a complete refund.

Highly recommend this trip. Our guide Khaled was amazing, his knowledge of Egyptian history and culture was matched by his enthusiasm to ensure everyone had a wonderful day. Our driver Mohamed showed great skill to navigate fog and crazy traffic. Incidentally the tours from our cruise ship were delayed for hours so we were lucky to have booked this one. We definitely would use this group again Overall a relaxed, fun, educational day out

Kaled was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were never rushed and he timed the stops to minimize the traffic from the tour buses

We came from the cruise ship, and booked this on our own. It was a great trip. Others on the big Cruise ship tour had to wait two hours later than us because of fog and road closure. We were able to take a back road. The guide was very informed and obviously loved history of Egypt. After purchasing tickets to get into the area of pyramids, be aware that to get closer to them you are asked to pay $20 more for a camel ride - a bit of a racket - but we did it anyway. The museum afterwards was also wonderful, and more time there would have been great. It is quite a long drive to and from the cruise port.

Knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, who provided a lot of context for visiting the pyramids and the new museum. It's a long day and just be prepared for the obligatory vendor visits.
