⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Marrakech! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised. Our private driver, Karim, collected us from our hotel and immediately made us feel welcome. Karim pointed out so many interesting places along the way, explained Moroccan culture and traditions, and happily answered all of our questions. His knowledge and friendly personality really added to the whole experience, so a huge thank you to him. The camel ride through the desert was an unforgettable experience, and watching the sun set over the Agafay Desert was absolutely breathtaking. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner. The food was outstanding, and the live traditional music created a fantastic atmosphere. The evening finished with an incredible fire show that exceeded all of our expectations. If you're visiting Marrakech, I can't recommend this tour enough. The private experience made it feel very personal and relaxed, and every part of the trip was memorable. This camel ride is really a worth of a try. You could feel how people in the past lived their lives with camels in the desert. And the camels, they're very kind-hearted. They welcome every person who'd like to try their ride of experience. Highly recommend! I had a hard time finding a one hour camel ride online but this was it! We had a private 1 hour camel ride for our family of three. Our son is 10 and he loved it. They picked us up near our Riad AirBnB and were absolutely lovely. Don’t worry about giving them the exact location of your Riad when you’re in America. They will contact you via What’s App a day or two before your camel ride. Google Maps works fantastic and you can drop a pin where you are at. Best experience in Morocco!

Nice and courteous driver, good car. The camel experience was fun. They dressed us in some nice traditional clothing, very photogenic. The camels seemed taken care of and the place was clean.

My husband and I did not receive the private camel ride that was advertised. There was really nothing our driver, Walid, could do since he is not the tour operator. I notified Morocco Desert Trips via WhatsApp after the camel ride was over that we had not received the experience that we had paid for. The person I spoke with, Mr. Said, responded promptly and apologized. I told him I thought I should be partially reimbursed (a private camel ride is much more expensive than the group tour). He responded by asking me how much I thought I should be refunded. I stated the amount and he agreed. Walid hand delivered the MADs to our hotel the next day. Honestly, I was surprised. I have a lot of respect for the tour operator to acknowledge we did not receive what we paid for and refund some of our money. I don't really know how the mixup took place but I would definitely use them again. At the very least, they are honest and respectful toward their customers.

This was a very professional service. Abdul, our driver picked us up from our Airbnb at exactly prescribed time of 4 PM. We were taken in a clean minivan to the desert, which is one hour from the plaza in Marrakesh. Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm Moroccan mint tea and loaded onto camels. The camels walk us through the beautiful desert for nearly an hour with perfectly timed views of the sunset. The camel guide was very generous and took multiple pictures. After sunset, we were escorted back to the base camp, where the driver for waiting for us and we reached Marrakesh back at 8 PM. Each and every person involved in this tour was very courteous, timely and professional. Would highly recommend for families.

An exceptional Agafay Desert experience from start to finish. Our tour guide, Walid, was outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful excursion to the Afgay desert with Yassin. Not only did we get to partake in a private Camel ride at sunset but also had the opportunity to stop off mid journey to a house where Argan oil is made (very natural and even got to help turn the nuts to press the oil). I would recommend this booking and we were lucky to have such a great guide - Yassin - who made the trip extra special. Highly recommend !
