The crew was very welcoming and friendly. I would have liked the donut ride to last longer at 10 euro’s per person, it was quite short. And I think they should promote the visit to the cave with the speed boat differently, as you don’t see/visit a cave, but you’re just looking at a rock formation and the cave is underneath, inside… Other than that, the service was good and the light lunch, drinks etc. were fine as well…

It was a wonderful excursion, with spectacular views and an incredible atmosphere. Everything was great from start to finish Captain Potter and Rodrigo were the best. The other boat guide, Juan Carlos, did not interact with the passengers but still a totally recommended experience and one to repeat! 🚤☀️🌊

The crew was wonderful, the boat comfortable, new, and very well captained and organized by a great multicultural team of people (Argentinians, Uruguayans, Norwegian, Finnish, Russian). Unlimited drinks were decent. Very fun activities, we did the speedboat and the donut... The food was tasty at the end of the day. The excursion was in the afternoon and included a lively saxophone music performance. A 10 is very much worth it. Besides, it is a medium-sized boat, not too many people and not too few. There were about 60 of us

We booked this boat because it offered a relaxed experience with fewer guests. The all-you-can-drink beverage package, especially with sangria, was also a criterion. Unfortunately, the sangria consisted of a modest mixture with hardly any alcohol. The advertised delicious food consisted of a spoonful of pasta salad and a chicken wrap. There were no refills, but hot dogs and ice cream for an extra charge were offered multiple times. Instead of enjoying a nice boat trip as expected, we drove to a bay and stood there most of the time. There, you could swim in the sea and book water sports at a discount. We had the feeling the main point of the boat tour was offering these water sports. If you didn't book everything extra, which would have been quite expensive in total, it got boring quite quickly. Since we had booked on a Friday, a saxophonist was allowed on board. She played quite well, but the boat's horrible little speakers were turned up, almost drowning out the saxophone. We only recommend this tour for those who would like to purchase various water sports at a discount. For everyone else, there are possibly better tours. The boat captain was funny and lightened the mood. Overall, the price-performance ratio unfortunately does not fit.

Fantastic family morning out – made unforgettable by the Happy Buddha! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic morning on the Afrikat catamaran. Hotel pickup was included, everything was well organised, and we left the harbour promptly at 10am. The catamaran holds around 70 people, but it wasn’t at full capacity, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed. We got four sun loungers at the bow, and it was the perfect place to enjoy the trip. From the moment we set off, one of the crew members, who proudly called himself the “Happy Buddha” (describing himself as “just a happy fat man!”), completely made the day for our family. He was hilarious, constantly entertaining everyone, and had us all laughing from start to finish. He even convinced me to recreate with him the famous Titanic scene on the front of the boat in front of everyone, which was both embarrassing and hilarious, especially as he put on a t-shirt making him look like he was wearing ladies underwear! Unfortunately, our phones had overheated in the Gran Canaria sun, but he happily put them in the fridge to cool them down so we could use them again – a small gesture that really summed up how helpful and friendly he was. Lunch was much better than expected. We were served pasta along with a chicken and bacon wrap, and it was genuinely delicious. Unlimited alcoholic and soft drinks were included throughout the trip, although the Happy Buddha’s signature cocktail (an extra €10) was well worth buying! There was plenty to do once we anchored. We enjoyed snorkelling, diving from the back of the boat, and the speedboat ride, which was only €5 per person and great fun. Our children also tried the doughnut ride and said it was even better than the one they had done from the beach. There were other water sports available too, all at very reasonable prices. The whole 4½-hour trip was brilliantly organised, relaxed, fun, and excellent value for money. It was one of the highlights of our holiday, and a huge part of that was thanks to the Happy Buddha. He is an absolute credit to the crew and deserves a massive shout-out. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fun day out on the water!

Fantastic morning had with our daughters. Beautiful boat ride, snorkeling, jet ski and on the doughnut! Ideal that there is unlimited drinking and a nice cold lunch. The people on the boat were helpful and very funny. Nice that Dutch was spoken Have enjoyed. Recommended

Very mixed experience. Too many people on the boat 1 swimming spot with no explanation... So if you don't like swimming or jumping off the boat, there is no point. Nonexistent crew, and especially the main host was not at all friendly to the French. Way too expensive for what it is. Honestly, it's not worth it. Food meh (1 wrap + 3 pathetic cold noodles without sauce) no dessert. All-you-can-drink beverages certainly, but more alcohol than soft drinks. Honestly, don't spend your money on this excursion or with this crew.

Very lively and well organized. We really liked it, it was super fun and the time was very well spent. To repeat, no doubt.

They sell a cruise with entertainment, drinks, and food included; regarding the entertainment, only the one who speaks English had any willingness to reach out to people, the rest of the crew were just like cardboard cutouts. The person on the speedboat with the donut tube came toward the catamaran, causing it to hit our heads, and we were stuck under the boat itself with the desperation of trying to get out from underneath; my watch came off, I informed those responsible, and they never took responsibility for what happened. I don't expect to get the watch back, but they should definitely keep in mind to be careful with other people who were swimming. Food -5, drinks 5, entertainment -5, activities; they should strive to make the trip pleasant. Expensive and very tacky.

From the very start booking with a fun and efficient girl called Aoife, everything was made easy and exciting. We were greeted by the fun and warm Violetta, our guide Mataeo was incredibly motivated, while still being relaxed and reassuring. Lao was fun and offered us quick refreshments and our Catamaran was in safe hands with Guan Carlos, Alberto took an amazing photo to commemorate our day ..fabulous water sports and a heavenly smooth cruise throughout the day. Then finished off by a positive appreciation from the Inspiring and fun loving Potter, many thanks Afrikat for the best day Ever.
