Der Addo-Elefanten-Nationalpark ist der drittgrößte Park Südafrikas mit einer Population von über 600 Afrikanischen Elefanten, die bekanntermaßen die gefügigste und entspannteste aller Elefanten in Nationalparks in ganz Südafrika sind und oft Gelegenheiten bieten, Afrikas sanfte Riesen aus nächster Nähe zu betrachten. Addo bietet ein spektakuläres Tiererlebnis mit einer Vielzahl von Biomen, Vogelwelt, Antilope und die BIG 5 zu begeistern. Bei Addo können Sie auch nach Büffeln, Löwen, Fleckenhyänen und Schwarznashörnern unter den vielen Vogelarten, Antilopen, Zebras und Warzenschweinen Ausschau halten. Dauer der Tour: 7 Stunden

Genießen Sie eine kostenlose Abholung und einen Transfer von Ihrem Hotel/Hafen/Flughafen in Port Elizabeth. Von Port Elizabeth aus fahren wir etwa 40 Minuten in Richtung Addo-Elefanten-Nationalpark und betreten den Park durch das südliche Mayolweni-Tor des Parks. Als Heimat der Big 5 und frei von Malaria verbringen wir den Vormittag damit, die riesige Fläche des Parks auf der Suche nach den größten Wildtieren Afrikas zu erkunden. Unterwegs haben Sie reichlich Gelegenheit, viele weitere Tiere in den äußerst abwechslungsreichen Landschaften zu beobachten, die Addo so besonders machen. Wir machen eine Mittagspause im Main Rest Camp im nördlichen Teil des Parks, wo Sie die Möglichkeit haben, unterirdische Verstecke mit Blick auf die Wasserstelle zu besuchen. Nach dem Mittagessen wagen wir uns zurück in und durch den Park und schlängeln uns hinunter zum Südtor, bevor wir den Park verlassen und zurück nach Port Elizabeth fahren, wo wir über viele wundervolle Tiererlebnisse sprechen können.

I had the most life changing and enhancing experience with Mosaic Tourism. Addo elephant park is the gem of Port Elizabeth and my guide Sean was so knowledgeable. He answered all 1000 of my questions and make sure we have the best experience. He made it clear there are no guarantees seeing animals in their wild habitat but we drove all over the park and saw so many animals. The elephants were my favorite so majestic and beautiful. I will certainly do a tour with Mosaic when I come back to PE.
We had the most wonderful day at Addo with Sean. Thanks to him, we saw so much and learned so much !! What a fabulous experience, we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day from dung beetles to elephants, ostrich, lionesses, zebras, kudus, hartebeest and water buck. Ooh and a leopard tortoise. We spent a whole day with Sean and it was beautiful. In total we were 9 people and had a large Mercedes bus for ourselves. All agreements were perfectly adhered to. Sean went to great lengths to explain everything to us, even the food (snacks) was great. We have gained impressions that will stay with us for a lifetime. Anyone who has ever looked into the eyes of an elephant standing directly by the car will never forget that. We can only recommend Sean and his team.

What a great awesome experience from the moment we were picked up until we were dropped off.Communication prior to tour was top notch,giving us confidence for a great day. Our tour guide and driver Sean gave us a great insight into the local culture also building a picture of what was to come. When entering the park Sean’s keen eyes were quick to spot the local wildlife, giving us great information at the time.We had a full great day in Addo Elephant Park seeing so much,highly recommended.

Wonderful safari, great guide but paltry lunch for money paid . Advertised as whole day but less than six hours

The park itself was wonderful to visit with a lot of elephants, zebras, warthogs, ostriches, and monkeys to see. However the van had small windows and cramped to sit for over two hours. The provider mentioned light lunch and water would be provided. The lunch included one banana, a rice crisp snack and a pack of pretzel. It should said snack so fair for customers to compare prices while other providers were providing real lunch.

What can I say apart from an awesome day.Sean met us as promised at the cruise terminal and we were off in no time.The journey from the port to the park was filled with a wealth of information from Sean about the region.The moment we entered the park we encountered many varieties of wildlife,more down to Sean’s incredible knack to spot them. We had plenty of time to video and take pictures while all the time gaining more insight into the animal we were seeing. My wife being wheelchair bound was never an issue, and all we can say is huge thanks for a memory to cherish.

We had an exciting day at Addo. Our guide Sean knew well and has led us to the best places so we have seen many animals. Significantly more elephants than expected. Sean is very knowledgeable and explains in very understandable English. On questions and wishes he has fully responded, was reliable, punctual and has additionally even shown us Port Elizabeth. I had a fantastic day trip to Addo with Sean. I found the info on TripAdvisor limited, but Sean was very patient in answering my many questions. I need not have been anxious as Sean was on time, courteous and provided so much interesting information on the park, the animals and SA in general. He really went the extra mile. We spent a whole day with our guide Sean in Addo National Park. Sean knew exactly where to go with us so that we could best see the animals interacting with each other. We could even see a lion, countless elephants that have come within 1.5 m of our car and countless other animals. It was a great day thanks to Sean at Addo.
