Acua Wasserpark Corralejo mit Transfer

Beschreibung

We attended this park on Monday, 8 June and I can't rave about it enough. It was the most perfect day and the absolute highlight of our holiday. 1. The cost. We had heard that it was cleaper to buy online, but when we got there the price was the same. We paid 30 per adult and 23 per child/senior citizen. There was an offer for a second day which we will definately do the next time. 2. Photos. So normally, I avoid these like the plague due to the cost. However, my biggest regret for the day was that I didn't ask for the cost before as we would've had a personal photographer for the day for EUR 40. Thankfully they took loads of photos of the kids, and we managed to purchase 120 photos for EUR 40, and they were amazing. 3. Queues - we obviously struck lucky on the day we went because there were absolutely no queues. In fact, I would say there were no more that 50 people in the whole park on the day we were there. So I feel somewhat unable to give a review on how they manage them.... they simply weren't there. 4. The slides. Absolutely perfect for a family (the kids were aged 6-11). The majority of the slides were all next to each other so taking a seat in the area just before the first slide gave a perfect view of everything (and everyone). 5. The staff. Happy, encouraging. Honestly, it was just the sound of laughing all day long. 6. Restaurant. Perfect for what we wanted. I normally avoid restaurants in places like these as I find what you get for your money is completely inadequate. However, we got 2 x pizzas, 4 x chicken nuggets and chips, 1 x burger and chips with 3 cold drinks for > EUR 70. And they were all delicious. If you are in Fuertrventura, go there. We will definately return.
Our trip was cancelled despite us paying. We were sent a confirmation email then a cancellation followed, however, another 3-4 emails sent saying we would be picked up. No one answered my email and my kids and I sat outside for an hour waiting at 0800. They responded to email later that afternoon. We were given a refund but when tried to rebook it was approx 30gbp more expensive. So disappointing for my kids who were looking forward to it.
Brilliant waterpark. Food is not expensive and no charge for the sunbeds. The jumping wall is really fun for adults and children
Good slides, not too wild lanes. Suitable for all ages. Wave pool was a bit lukewarm and the Lazy River might have a better current.
Viator booking process is very simple and the APP easy to use. Pick up time was on schedule, The park was not over crowded, pretty basic but satisfactory
Not a massive park, which is a plus. Plenty of sunbeds and lockers for €1 with a €5 deposit... slides and wave pool a real.hit... food and drink is your typical fast food, but cooked fresh and surprisingly good prices... Unfortunately we booked a day that was quite cloudy, no body's fault just one one of those things and the water being really cold we didnt really go in much... everywhere was clean and in good repair, plenty staff about ... all in all I would definitely recommend
Looks can be deceiving, a great day out, limited slides but overall plenty to do, apples, greta service, great facilities. Food offering good, usual menu for its audience, fast and filling. Great place to spend with the family and enjoy the slides in the sun.
This was the first and most definitely the last time we'd visit this park. In our opinion it was very tired! There was something for everyone but not enough choice. The good old Lazy River.. who doesn't just want to chill for a few minutes. Sadly, the Lazy River should be renamed 'do it yourself river'! We have been to a few water parks and the Lazy River rides have been a pleasant stress free windy ride. I didn't have abs, burning thigh muscles or aching arms before I entered the ride but by the time we had completed the course I did! I was then told from a reliable source that approx 10 years ago the Lazy River ride worked with flow vents dotted around which automatically made you float around with very little effort!! The actual rubber rings both singular and the double ones were few and far between. Queues were forming because there were not enough out. Yet by the shop/exit there were a lot. Why weren't they being used? The wave pool was good, it worked on the hour. The shop was very limited. I needed to buy a pair of water shoes, not flip-flops, proper encased water shoes. They didn't sell them! Again, in my opinion, I think they would sell. The lockers are €11 and on return of the key you get €5 back. They aren't very big, 2 average size bags and it's full. The cafe food was run of the mill food but edible with a selection for everyone. Not too badly priced either. People did take their own food in too.
