Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, auf dem Kunst- und Handwerksmarkt, auf dem wir unseren Unterricht durchführen, authentische afrikanische Antiquitäten, Stoffe und Souvenirs zu fairen Preisen zu kaufen. Sie lernen die verschiedenen Trommeltypen und den Klang kennen, den jede Trommelart erzeugt und für welche Gelegenheiten und Funktionen sie verwendet werden. Nach der Trommelstunde gehen wir zum Unabhängigkeitsplatz, der auch als schwarzer Sternplatz bekannt ist, um die ikonische Aussicht auf die Stadt und einige erstaunliche Möglichkeiten zum Fotografieren zu genießen

The contractors had 0 interest in actually teaching, all they did was pressuring me into buying something from their shop. It started after 10 minutes of drumming, I refused but they kept insisting and when I still refused they made it clear they didn't want to teach me anymore. They went on for another 10-15 minutes and started pressuring me again. At this point it became so unpleasant that I decided to leave. The whole thing lasted a little less than 1 hour and half of that was spent telling them I was just there to genuinely learn rhythms and not to buy anything. But to give credit where it is due: the operator was very professional and took responsibility for it, apologised for the unpleasant experience and issued a partial refund and said they were looking for other contractors to prevent this situation from happening again.

I have personally addressed the matter with them and made it very clear that this does not reflect the standards we uphold. We have also communicated that we will not hesitate to make changes, including replacing instructors, if there is no immediate improvement in attitude and delivery. We truly appreciate your time and your honest feedback. It is incredibly valuable to us, and we will use it to improve and ensure we deliver a much better experience to our future guests.
