Eintrittskarte Accademia Gallery

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that September is one of the busiest periods of the year in Florence, and the Accademia Gallery can be particularly crowded. The service purchased was not a “skip-the-line” ticket, but a timed-entry ticket for a reserved entrance time. Our assistants delivered the tickets on time and directed you to the dedicated line for visitors with reserved tickets, in accordance with the Gallery’s entrance procedure. Even with a timed reservation, some waiting may still occur during peak season due to security checks and the high number of visitors. We are nevertheless glad that you were able to visit the Gallery and see Michelangelo’s David.

Good Morning from Caf Tour & Travel, Dear Customer, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience at the Accademia Gallery! We are delighted to hear that seeing Michelangelo’s David in person was such an impressive highlight of your visit. There is truly something extraordinary about standing in front of this masterpiece and appreciating its incredible detail up close. We are happy that you enjoyed exploring the gallery at your own pace and found the visit worthwhile. We hope to welcome you back to Florence soon to discover even more of its incredible artistic treasures! Warm regards from Florence, Caf Tour & Travel

Dear Laura, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that, as indicated in the description, highlights, and inclusions, this ticket provides timed entry with priority access, meaning you can skip the general admission ticket purchase lines. Upon arrival, a host is available near the entrance to assist with ticket collection and ensure a smooth start to your visit. However, please note that all visitors are required to pass through security checks, which can result in some waiting time regardless of the type of ticket. Regarding the museum itself, while Michelangelo’s David is certainly the most iconic masterpiece, the Accademia Gallery also houses an important collection of Renaissance works that many visitors find highly valuable and enriching. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve communication and set clearer expectations, and we hope you were still able to enjoy part of your visit. Warm regards

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to read about the inconvenience you describe. Unfortunately, without any booking reference or specific details, we’re not able to verify or investigate what may have occurred in your case. We would also like to gently clarify that the experience you booked does not include a guided tour. It provides assistance at the meeting point, where our staff delivers your pre-booked timed-entry tickets. On the day in question, our assistant was regularly present at the agreed meeting point. For this reason, we believe there may have been some confusion and that your review could refer to a different provider. If you’d like to share more details with us, we would be more than happy to look into this further and assist you. Warm regards

Dear Jessica, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the delay at the start of your visit. As indicated, during high season some delays may occur due to the large number of visitors. On that particular morning, there was a slight delay from the museum in releasing the tickets, which resulted in entry approximately 10 minutes after the reserved time. We understand this may have been inconvenient and sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, this is something that can occasionally happen during peak periods due to the high demand at the Accademia Gallery. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still enjoyed your visit. Warm regards from Florence
