Acapulco Flughafen Hin- und Rücktransfer

Our driver was waiting for us upon arrival. He gave us a lot of information on the way to the hotel.

My family 17 were taken care of by these amazing people! I began by booking round trip airport pick up for a great price. They picked us up in a nice 20 passenger van that fit all of our luggage and drove us 1 hour away to Pie de Cuesta. The driver was very professional, prompt, and communicated well. They were available for us to book last minute trip into downtown Acapulco and facilitated everything for our large group. We had also pre-booked a private yacht tour and tour of Acapulco. We felt very safe and very well taken care of by this company and their employees. Electronic payment was a bit difficult, I had to send EFT to cover 50% of cost at booking which takes several days to clear. When I tried to do the same to pay the other 50%, they were not comfortable with payment not clearing right away which is understandable so we had to pay cash (glad we had enough cash for all the services they provided, so just bring cash to facilitate payment).

Find it was easy, because of the name tag use.The driver was very nice, has English knowledge with makes our conversation easier .

My English-speaking driver was punctual, informative and very friendly. I would certainly use this service again when I am in Acapulco.

Very friendly, helpful and explained things we did not understand. Registering was easy, finding our ride at the airport was simple and the conversation was easy.

The driver was waiting for us promptly outside the airport exit. The van was clean and well equipped. The driver was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend using via tour for this experience.

My transportation from airport to hotel was great. Driver was on time, professional and friendly. That's why I always use Viatur..

Highly recommend Grupo Royale Tours Acapulco. Driver met us at the airport exit with our names on a placard. The driver was friendly and professional and spoke good English. The Car was clean and Comfortable. Pedro met us at the hotel and welcomed us and gave us great information about the area.

The ride was very clean and comfortable. They were on time and made several recommendations on the way to our hotel.

excellent service. Man was at the terminal waiting for me with my name on a sign. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Due to the time and date I went (March of 2020) I was the only pick-up. Same as the way back to the airport. Would definitely recommend royal tours.
