Abu Dhabi – Kinderfreundliche Wüstensafari am Morgen

We had a wonderful , memorable experience - our guide Rashikhader was greet - He was not only a good tour guide but also an awesome photographer , capturing all our lovely moments into beautiful memories !

We had fun with a 2 year old. Our guide was called Rahul, he has a good vibe with our little one. Most importantly, he takes amazing photos! He is experienced and provides info along the way. He arrived our place early and everything is smooth as planned. We went for gentle mode for bashing so we keep it light but a lot of fun. Sand was cool in the morning so it is chilled to walk on, not windy today so nothing got into the eyes. Would recommend the guide and this tour to friends

We had a good basic trip into the Abu Dhabi desert. Rashid was kind and responsive and drove the car well. There was however nothing special about this trip - the Beduin camp was empty, we got some water and some hot water for Lipton tea. I was on a similar tour that was much more authentic in Jordan with real Beduins. The camel ride was minute going in a 10 meter circle. What I did not like about this trip was the fact that the child safety seat for my daughter was very old, and not safe for driving off-road. These seats expire after 6-8 years of usage and need to meet stringent safety tests. This seat was at least 15 years old. When Rashid arrived he had a seat in the car for a 6-10 year old child even though I had asked the company for a seat for a 18 months old. We then drove back to his office (taking around 30 min) to pick up this old seat for a 1.5 year old.

We had an absolutely fantastic desert safari experience as a family, and it was perfect for our 9-year-old daughter. From start to finish, everything was well organised, safe, and incredibly memorable. Our tour guide, Rashikhader, was exceptional—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain the desert environment, answered all our questions, and made sure our daughter felt comfortable and excited throughout the experience. His calm and friendly manner made a huge difference and allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the adventure. The dune drive was thrilling without being scary, striking the perfect balance for a child (and for us parents too!). The activities were a big hit, including sandboarding, camel rides, and plenty of time to enjoy the incredible desert scenery. Most importantly, we felt completely safe and well looked after the entire time. If you’re traveling with children and wondering whether a desert safari is suitable—this one absolutely is. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and our daughter is still talking about it. Highly recommended for families, and a special thanks to Rashikhader for making it such a wonderful experience!

We had an amazing experience with our driver Rahul, who was an excellent driver and was cautious on the dune bashing component of the tour since we had a baby with us. The tour company provided us with a booster seat for our five year old and a baby seat for the infant. Our whole family had a great time and I would highly recommend it for a fun morning escape from the hotel.

Great experience with Rashikhader. He is so much more than just a guide: very gentle driving up and down the dunes, taking great photos, organizing anything you might need, and great knowledge of the city and its good spots.

Fantastic and good value morning out. Rawhide was a fantastic host and his Dune Bashing is absolutely first rate! Day went smoothly from hotel pick up and drop off and i still have the sound of the kids giggling as we slid around the desert in my ears. Only bit of improvement would be a little bit longer on the camels... but I am not sure how much longer they could cope with my 100kg frame!

A great safari - our driver and guide Jazzim was so nice and just great - we had an incredible trip as a family - camel riding , feeding camels , fast-paced rides through the dunes and sand boarding - all enjoyed individually and very privately as a family , far from mass tourism . Absolutely 5 stars !!
