The driver was on time and knew our route we needed to go. He offered some history on the area we were traveling
Everything worked out fine. However the time of pickup never displayed on my reservation. My first contact thru app was never addressed. I sent an email and received a time but not am or pm. Clarified with email. Called the day before. They did not have it correct. In the end the ride to the airport was fine
I heard it was cheaper than a taxi, but Uber cost more than $55 to get from Koolina to the airport. Hawaii prices, after all.
The driver was very friendly! We had an issue with someone we talked to on the phone to find out when we were going to be picked up. The evening before we left, we called and were told that we were being picked up at 8:15. In the morning, we were waiting and then at 8:30 I called again and was told that we were being picked up at 9:30. Is it possible for someone to text the correct pick-up time the night before?
Our driver was prompt and very kind. She got us to our destination quickly and seamlessly. Mahalo!!!

They were on time. We got our lei as well when we arrived including transportation for a great price. Mahalo… we had a fabulous time.
Our pick up was a few minutes early. Very courteous and friendly driver. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight.
We used Viator 3 times while on Oahu and they were on time each time. Also texted the day before to confirm. I’ll use them again, for sure!
