Ride was at a causal and relaxing pace . Was somewhat overcast so sunset was so so . Saw no dolphins or sea turtles. Captain and first mate very friendly and informative.
Sometimes the sunset and dolphin/sea turtles are not always in our favor - come see us another time when you are back around - different every single time. Della
Captain Scott and crew were great. Very personalble and gave us tips on good places to go in town. Very good views, and we saw dolphins and endangered birds. Good value and recommended.
No sun set it as cool but I really want the sunset Timmy and the girl was very patient with us and helped out a lot
So wish the weather would have cooporated on the day you were with us - maybe next time. Della
Captain Scott and Ella made great restaurant recommendations and had good historical knowledge. The atmosphere was comfortable, casual and relaxed.
Nice tour around St. Augustine waters where we saw dolphin and manatee swimming nearby. Highly knowledgeable about history and land formations such as the disappearing island. Highly recommend.
Nice sunset tour on a boat in St Augustine! The captain and helper were very nice and got us close to the dolphins. Would’ve liked for them to give some more historical context and be more like guides than drivers. However, we did have a big family there and enjoyed it!
Enjoyed the scenery, captain was knowledgeable. Nothing fancy.
Beautiful views of the city and placed us in the perfect location to see the sunset. Captain Scott was great.
We had a great time and it was BYOB! Captain Greg and Tami were very nice and personable. Lucky enough to see lots of dolphins. Fun way to learn about the city too.
We took a 1 hour sunset cruise with Capt Tami acting as first mate. She seemed very nice and personable, but she used no mic or technology of any kind, even though there was a sound system which piped in music between her comments. So we heard the music, but could not understand one word she said above the noise of the engine. At sunset, we slowed mostly in front of a tall building which blocked out the sun - we didn't understand the reason for that, though admittedly there is always a challenge getting a good view of a sunset overlooking land, as you must on the east coast. I understand that pets are permitted on the cruise, but we had a guest who brought on two medium size dogs, one of which plopped herself just in the middle of the aisle, so there was no way to move about the boat for the paying guests. Then those guests let go of the leash and allowed the dog to go up and down the aisles, and Capt Tami did nothing to try to limit that. Not everyone was a dog nosing their crotch!
We are terribly sorry for your experience - please do reach out to us when you are back around and we will be happy to comp you another tour with a different captain and crew - Della -
